Depending on the size of the home or property, a typical inspection may take 2-3 hours. As always, you are welcome to walk through the inspection with one of our professionals and ask any questions you might have along the way! I used Precision Home Inspections a few months ago for a condo purchase. At the time of the inspection I thought Eric wasn’t as through as he could’ve been. Fast forward a few months. Something an inspector should’ve caught, a rotted out and leaking patio door that had been painted over, he didn’t. For $300 for a 618 SQFT condo inspection, nothing should’ve been missed. He didn’t seem to care about the inspection and had to have things pointed out by myself to inspect. Isn’t that why I hired him. Very dissatisfied with the inspection and definitely paying for it later. When I respond

When our realtor started to give us a list of home inspectors to choose from, I stopped him and told him we want Eric Pohler because I knew him from networking. Eric was super professional and personal with us as we decided to walk the home with him. He was very thorough and even pointed out things that were not even issues and gave us advice, since we are first time home buyers. We recently had Eric inspect our new home and i gotta say he is awesome. Hey very carefully looked over ever inch of the home, if he saw something he would talk to me in a sense i would understand.
