In 2009, twenty-one years of culinary experience created what is known as Savoury Kitchen. Chef Joseph Saladyga possesses a passion for handcrafted foods and provisions that follow the seasons. While New England cuisine provides a background, local and seasonal foods are the inspiration for Savoury Kitchen.
These are sample menus. We are not limited to these menu items and can custom create menus for any client. Pricing may vary depending on individualized services including on-site service staff, personal chef(s) or additional menu selections. Lyndsee has worked with Savoury Kitchen off and on for years and took over as Catering Coordinator in 2017.

Know it's a little late but Thanksgiving was the start of the long holiday season for us. Want to say that Savoury Kitchen "Saved the day" for us. . We were 23 for dinner . They delivered ontime with everything beautifully ready for us to prepare- just as they said. Everything was so delicious! They even gifted us with an amazing thermometer to guage the turkeys. We're a large family and can't wait to use Savoury Kitchen again! Thanks and Happy 2022!

Savoury Kitchen provided our Christmas Eve Dinner for our family of nine. The meal and service leading up to the meal was excellent. I worked with Megan in the planning of our meal and found her to be very responsive. I will definitely be using Savoury Kitchens during our future trips to Park City. My entire experience with Savoury Kitchen was good. They responded quickly to my inquiries and questions. The food was excellent, and the service was very professional. We had a sit down dinner for 23 people including renting chairs, tables and dishware. The entire evening went smoothly from set up to clean up. I will definitely use Savoury Kitchen in the future.

We used Savoury to cater our Thanksgiving meal. We could not have been more pleased. It was all delicious and we spent most of the day talking about how good everything was. As a vegetarian, I was especially happy with their creative vegetarian options. The employees that I corresponded with were very personable and helpful. Highly recommend!

We celebrated a birthday with 13 adults for appetizers and dinner. The communication with the manager was excellent and choosing the menu was easy. The Service by the chef and 2 servers was perfect. The food was the best I have had served to me in a long time. All the guests were in agreement that the meal was excellent.

We had a company outing for 14 guests near Park City from Scottsdale, AZ. Catering team was on time, made us an exceptional meal, and a cake. We felt like fine dining experience, everything was top notch! Jon is an exceptional Chef. We would all highly recommend or use them again for future events. It was perfect.

Hello Yelpers! We booked a 120-pax BBQ lunch for a corporate group prior to a white water rafting trip with Savoury Kitchen. The food was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. The chef, Joseph, was super personable along with the on-site staff. Be sure to contact Savoury Kitchen the next time you need a caterer for an outing, in-home dinner party, or a social event. I hired SK for a small dinner party of 6. The customer relation was pretty good, pretty flexible changing menus and even adapting for a late changing from original 8 to 6 pax. Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed with the food and the food presentation. Food was ok, we had Bison as a main course. The sauce was very tasty, but the meat was dry and over cooked. The "chef" that came to set up our dinner, was on hurry (stayed less then 15 min) and didn't presented a good job. My impression is that wasn't worth it what they charged.

My wife and I hired Savoury Kitchen to cater our small, 30 person, private wedding banquet a few days ago and words cannot express how pleased we were with everything. The quality and taste of the food, the staff, the cleanup, everything was wonderful. The desserts were exquisite, particularly the bacon-bark chocolate bars and the brownies. Further, our guests repeatedly commented to us on how amazing the food tasted and said it was some of the best they'd ever had. We truly cannot say enough good things about Savoury Kitchen and we are extremely glad we chose them! If we were to complain

I attended a wedding on July 27th at a lovely home in Park City. Savoury Kitchen was the wedding coordinators and caterers. Jon Green and his Chef, Casey, were top notch. The drink table was always attended to, and the display of the food serving line was beautiful. The main course was so delicious and kept hot, that I went back for seconds. The wedding cake, two flavors, was the best. I was told they have an in-house bakery/pastry chef, it is not easy to bake at high altitude. If you are planning a party or an intimate gathering, I highly recommend the Park City local favorite!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about our catering experience. Jon and his team were wonderful and completely flexible with our numerous last minute changes. The food was incredible with many of us commenting on how much better it was compared to the Park City restaurants. The team was professional, fun, and extremely talented. They were always punctual and remembered what each person liked/disliked. The attention to detail in their service, in addition to the food, made our experience with Savoury Kitchen above and beyond what we expected.

We have 4 young children and thus avoid fine dining restaurants. My wife and I are foodies, and based on the Yelp reviews decided to hire Savoury Kitchen to cater a pre-Thanksgiving meal for our family of 6 while on vacation in lovely Deer Valley. These guys know food, everything was super fresh and well-seasoned - better than restaurant quality. The prime rib was perfectly done, seasoned all the way through, great cut, huge lip, I brought it up to perfect temp in the au jus. I've had my share of prime rib, and this was one of the best cuts - ever.

We had Jon arrange a great Christmas Eve dinner for 18 to be delivered to our condo so we could just reheat. The 2 turkeys we had precooked were incredibly juicy and the herb butter was so flavorful that I asked for the recipe! We are pretty food savvy group so having everyone enjoy the meal was truly an accomplishment. Jon was thorough and had great follow up. We worked together on the menu and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend these guys.

We were staying at Shadow Ridge Resort for my husband's birthday. I decided to contact Joe to create a dinner for us that we can share in our unit. He offered many choices. My husband had been talking about having a steak dinner for several days and always like almost any kind of fish. We both love vegetables, too. That's all I told Joe. He delivered a perfectly cooked steak and fish dinner. It was a perfect birthday dinner!

We had our annual service retreat for 15 people. We selected Lunch option # 3 and all I can say that the food was a hit with 100% of the group. The lemon bars received votes for the best lemon bars ever ... even among those that didn't like lemon bars such as myself.
Chicken was juicy, the quinoa was extremely well prepared and delicious, as were the orzo, veggies, salad, and strawberries. Yes we liked it all.
Thank you Savoury Kitchen and we will most definitely utilize you again.
