Chef Deanna Fitchat has been a high-end private chef and catering chef for over a decade. She earned her International Culinary Degree with Honors from the Art Institute in San Diego and had the opportunity to intern with a James Beard nominated chef while in school. She worked for 5 years with San Diego's absolute premier catering company, as both a Catering Chef de Cuisine as well as the Sous Chef for one of the company operated bistros.

DeeLicious is beyond fabulous! The food, service and responsiveness is 5 star! I hired Deanna to cater a bridal luncheon and picnic as well as other small catering needs for the week of my sons wedding in Park City. As an out of state guest, I was very dependent on the catering service. She made communication very easy and helped work out small details to make each event spectacular. My guests were thrilled with the food quality and presentation. The amount of food was very, very generous. Deanna made it a stress free week and I am very grateful!

I have been a loyal customer of Deanna since she began her business and no one comes close to her food, service and care!! I’ve had her drop off meals for an easy weeknight and also do a five star, luxury party for 50-100 VIP guests! She has taken care of many dietary needs and also kept it simple when I asked! I've been fortunate to attend a few events where Deelicious prepared and delivered meals... wow! deeLicious is very conscientious eager to make clients become regular customers. Whether informal or formal, the presentation is superb and the dishes even better! The short rib tacos (along with tomatillo and mango salsas) are sublime as are the mac and sheese, grilled vegetables, caesar salad and appetizer platters (I've tried both charcuterie and smoked salmon). I have been using DeeLicious for over a year now. She has done several dinner parties for me as well as, meals for my family during our hectic busy week. The presentation is amazing and the food is always fantastic. So good that my kids now ask when we are having Deanna's food for dinner!! Deanna herself is the ultimate professional. She response immideatly and is always on time and prepared. I can't say enough good things about Deanna and DeeLicious!! I highly recommend using her for a small cocktail party, large dinner party or simply a weekday meal!

Her service was professional, reliable, and prompt. Her food was so yummy! We hired her to cater a lunch for a group of high school students at a physically demanding workshop, and she gave us nutritious and really flavorful wraps, quinoa salads, and fruit salads. All of the teens and adults loved the food!
