Just moved out in November and I do not recommend this place at all! Parking is terrible, the pool was down for a good month total all summer. As you clean your apartment and do everything to have it clean, they will find anything to charge you. Also don't spill anything on your carpet cause they will pull it back to check for stains on the padding underneath and charge you to replace it. The communication from the staff is not the best and you most of the time don't get an answer back and have to keep calling. The "clubhouse" is only open during office hours, so you can't enjoy it after work.
