Enclave at Bailes Ridge is my third apartment since moving here from New York 3.5 years ago. It is by far the best! Bigger, more modern and definetely more light coming in the many windows. I love my apartment. I had to call maintenance the other day because the AC was not working. Josh came out and fixed it while I was at work, came home to working AC! Great job. Definitely would recommend!

I have recently signed a lease at Enclave after looking at several other establishments in the Indian Land area and the location is perfect for my situation, the complex is clean, updated with adequate amenities. The apartments are in great condition and the most spacious of any that I looked at. My leasing agent Columbia did an outstanding job and showing me around in addition to promptly answering any and all questions and making me feel at home. The Enclave was a great match for me moving to SC from another state.

I recently started searching for a new apartment. We were mainly looking for more space and Enclave checked the box. Offering a 2 bedroom with an attached garage is exactly what we were looking for. It didn’t help that one of the other communities we visited met us with “please schedule an appointment” when there were multiple employees in the office that seemed to be able to assist us. When we arrived at Enclave Columbia was clearly busy but she stopped what she was doing greeted us and took us on a detailed tour. Courtney the property manager also assisted with the questions we had that

Overall my 14 month stay was great. It was mostly quiet, nice spacious 2 bedroom Apartment. The office help was very easy to deal with and the best for me was the Maintenance Department are there every day and I literally at times got things taken care of within an hour, rarely more than 24 hours.
I wish I could have used the pool area more as its a nice size and very inviting!
