If you are making this a transition before you purchase a home please DO NOT move here. All the other reviews about the dog waste and garbage out for days is very true and we’re in a home closing process and they are not willing to work with us because our closing date has changed. I already know legally you can’t make a tenant leave if they’re lease is up it goes to month to month (which we have even offered to pay for the 6days that we need to stay) but it’s not even worth pursuing the fight anymore to stay here.

The place is very well kept and clean. Beatrice is very professional and her customer service is grade A. She is on top of things and provides the customer with the correct information. My family and I made the choice to move in because Ms. Beatrice customer service. Plus she gave us a tour of the property and a model apartment. The apartment itself is a great size. I LOVE the closet space and the Jack and Jill bathrooms are the best.
Had a maintenance repair and I must say Mr. Mo was very helpful. I really enjoyed that he explained what was being done along with have me test out the repairs.

I’ve been in this complex about a year and a half and getting ready to purchase a hone so I will be leaving but would like to say overall my experience with Bradford Park has been good. I am legally blind and have a Guide Dog. It’s a nice community to walk around although sometimes I don’t feel safe simply because U can’t see that well (very… limited sight) and rely on my seeing eye dog but on several occasions I’ve had to deal with unleashed dogs running to us in aggressive manner barking which scares me because I can’t tell what’s happening. The

Been asking for over a year about carpet. Was promised many different solutions and NOTHING was ever done!!!! Nails are exposed dangerous for children. Bedroom light has been broken for 6 months. Several work orders placed. Light still broke. Lived in apt for 3 years was promised updated equipment upon re signing lease NEVER got anything. ONLY TIME ANYONE RESPONDS IS WHEN CERTIFIED LETTER FROM LAWYER IS SENT

Maintenance people came in and explained what was happening to the AC and explained what they were doing to correct the problem. I am currently working from home, they were professional, quiet while I was on the phone and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you for a great experience repairing the AC.

Living here as a student with two roommates. The apartments are pretty quiet, and safe. The neighborhood is nice and its close to a lot of things. However, we've had to have maintenance here more than 8 times since we moved in about 4 months ago for various issues, not all of which are resolved.
Pros: safe, friendly neighbors, good size, close to a lot of things
cons: frequent maintenance issues, occasional roaches, rent fees are added if you don't give them a cashiers check - about $30 extra.

I have lived here a long time every place has its ups and downs. but they have taken care of the property alot more now and fix things when they go bad. the apts are quiet and its nice having 3 bathrooms. the kitchen is smaller but you do get use to it. the porch size is perfect and comfortably holds my family of 4 no problem. The rooms all have walk in closets and their is alot of storage. all in all worth living here.

After living here for 2 years i am completely disappointed with the way i was approached by a york county police officer who accused me of illegal substances being smoked in my apartment. considering, i live by myself & no visitors of mine have smoked in my apartment this came to me as a shock & even when i told this to the officer, i was still… accused & threatened about an eviction. i was even asked for my ID + place of employment. it’s funny how i didn’t even receive a notice from the actual apartment complex. to come home after not being home for the past two
