We Care Mobile Health Services in San Antonio and surrounding areas delivers mobile healthcare to you. Our healthcare providers treat urgent care needs, manage ongoing health conditions for children, adults, and elderly, with an emphasis on wellness and prevention. Our focus is on patient education to help you understand your treatment and conditions, and to manage and maintain your health, preventing further complications.
Enrolling is easy. A 12 month enrollment is mandatory. Select either monthly payment option or annual lump sum option below to enroll. You must register and pay to be fully enrolled. Once you are fully enrolled, and your payment is cleared, you may begin making appointments to be seen. No waiting rooms, (WCMHS will see patients at designated appointment times as traffic and weather permits).
Do I still Need Insurance? Yes, We Care Mobile Health Services Concierge/Membership Program does not take the place of insurance. You should continue your PPO, HMO, Medicare or other insurance coverage. Are you a provider for Medicare? Yes. We are Participating Providers for Medicare and will bill Medicare on your behalf, as required by law.

I've been with this company over 5 years and all doctors, have been a blessing for me. Dr. J. Ortiz have taken care of all my health needs and makes sure that all labs and x-rays are up to date. She's in communication with my heart specialists a when needed. Dr. K. Eberhard makes sure that all of arthritic pain and problems are attended too. We Care Health Services is number 1.

We are so blessed to have found We Care Mobile Health Services! Dr. Ortiz, Tracey , and the rest of the team are amazing. Dr. Ortiz is so dedicated, caring, and knowledgeable in all aspects of treating my mother. I have full confidence in all her treatment decisions. She ensures that the medical equipment necessary for my mother's well-being is in place and that I, as the caregiver, am doing well also. Her genuine love for her patients and caregivers are obvious and so appreciated.

I like to acknowledge Efrain Nunez as being a wonderful,, caring, respectful, skilled & punctual lab tech. I have been homebound for several years, which means my lab work is done in my home, this young man never disappoints, always easy, non painful draws, never a blown vein & accurate vitals signs. We have been using We Care Mobile Health Services for a few months now and I must say we have been so very impressed with the good care that my Sweet Mom has been given !! Mom will be 91 years old in January and lives here with my Husband and I in our home here in Far West San Antonio !!
Mom has had Two Major Abdominal Surgery’s within the last 10 years and due to her health she can no longer leave the house to go anywhere !! And especially when it involves having to wait for hours in a room full of sick people just to be able to see the the Doctor for a few minutes !!

She started see my husband for complications and medical issues related to his Parkinson’s and a host of other diagnosis's.
