Services
Appointments fill up quickly. Please call as early as possible if you are ill and would like to have a same day appointment. Problem-related visits will be scheduled as soon as possible based upon urgency. Annual exams and routine preventive care can usually be scheduled within 30 to 60 days. We ask that you please give at least 2 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment so that we can use that time to accommodate other patients.
We are happy to announce the opening of our first satellite office. This new office will be located at 102 S. FM 1346, Suite 1, La Vernia, Texas 78121. Tami (Rocha) Wieland, PA-C will be our primary provider at this new location. Dr. Clifford Alprin will also be seeing patients at this new location on Tuesday mornings.
NSAHA recently added a top notch med spa to our office. We are a group of certified beauty industry professionals who founded North San Antonio Healthcare Associates Skin Solutions at Oakwell with one goal in mind: the wellbeing of our clients. I love this office and the doctors and nurse practitioners I have seen here. One of the things I greatly appreciate about North San Antonio Healthcare Associates is their extra care when matching insurers to referrals and lab work. When these things change so often, it is helpful to have another pair of eyes watching with me.

Love my Dr. and reviewed him seperate from here. But in regards to the way NSAH who manages their office leaves a lot of room for improvement. Lately there's a line that moves slow to check in. When calling the number and dialing an extension I'm put on hold forever, not sure if it works. When in person they treat you like a number. It's stresses me out cause I like my Doctor but not the office service so much. This situation gives me anxiety. Judging by their other reviews I'm not alone.

I have been a patient here for 18 years and love everyone that I have dealt with. Dr. Sandercock is one of the rare doctors who actually sits down and talk with you before the exam. You never feel rushed or as if he is racing against the clock to cram in as many patients as possible. He is genuinely concerned with how your doing. He is medical assistant is equally wonderful. I have recommended him and this office to all of my friends.

I’ve only visited this office once and did not have to deal with the billing department, so I can’t speak to the previous negative reviews about that experience. But everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Sandercock was booked until next month so I saw his PA Patricia de Loyal, and was fantastic. I thought for sure I had strep. She told me I actually had pollen allergies and a double ear infection, and she walked me through all of my symptoms explaining why she came to that conclusion, and she answered all of my (many) questions thoroughly. My first visit I did not see my assigned doctor nor was I told who it would be. The physician asst. was concerned about my oxegyen and told me if I had anymore problems to call. So i did, they never answered or call back on top of many other times I tried to get ahold of them left voicemails and only spoke to the a lady once. When I Finally did get in contact the lady that had spoke with me didnt remember our conversation. I have been a patient of Dr. Sandercock for about 22 years. I am never rushed during an office visit. This building was built several years ago, but doesn't look its age. Very clean and lots of free parking. The staff has always been cordial and helpful. If I have a question for the doctor, I get a call back within 24 hours. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. There is a Quest Lab in the building. My husband also sees Dr. Sandercock. We are very happy with him and the clinic. Wouldn't change!

Seen the same physician for over 15 years. Followed him every time he moved. No complaints except with the billing department lately. Their new and constantly becoming more complicated computerized medical records appear to be a growing problem. Less time with physician and bills are absolutely incomprehensible. Had to go to the office to talk to the billing clerk on two occasions, and she couldn't make any sense. " If we don't charge for services, ( not rendered), we don't get paid. Last visit was for a minor issue. Despite medicare and supplemental health, bill states I wasn't eligible for coverage

Dr.Alprin is an AMAZING family doctor. He truly cares for his patients he has been my Doctor for the past 11 years I wouldn't trade him for any other docter, but it is such a shame that a great man has to be represented by such a rude, uncaring, mean staff. I called in today to simply have some documents that were scanned and saved in the systems to my insurance. Jennifer quickly asked me to hold, then I was transferred to a voicemail.
