Last year I had hired them to repair a broken sewer line and install a clean out for the main line. They did a great job. Last week I had accidentally mowed over the clean out for our main line destroying the cover so the pipe was open. They came out and put on a new cover at no cost. Great work and great customer service.

I needed an outside water faucet replaced and also a toilet leak repaired. First, Amber came out and looked at the job and then scheduled Wes Propst for the work. Both Amber and Wes were great. Wes was on time, immediately knew what the jobs entailed and completed everything in a timely and very professional manner. I won't hesitate to use Classic in the future.

I made an appointment with Classic Plumbing to put in a new shower pan. The morning of, they called to say that they had to reschedule because the job would take double the time and double the workers. I said I’d call back to reschedule.
Soon a man from their company arrived to do the job. Baffled, I had to explain everything to him because the… company failed to let him know. He nevertheless wanted to come into my house, to which I firmly and repeatedly said no.
A month later I got a bill for $55, so I called their office. They apologized, agreed I didn’t owe them anything,

Classic Plumbing installed new outdoor spigots, a bathtub and two stools. They also inspected my 40+ year old copper and pronounced it sound. They could have cast doubt about it and convinced me to do work I didn't need. They did not. Excellent quality work at a fair price.

I had an outside water faucet issue (so not an emergency and I told them there was no rush). They were able to get to me within 48 hours. Jason fixed my problem promptly AND also looked at a shower with weak pressure and fixed it too! Reasonably priced, TOP QUALITY service, prompt and professional.

I have had them out to the house twice for necessary plumbing repairs. Once to replace my corroded metal pipes with pvc, and today to replace burst pipes that happened with last week’s cold snap. They are quick and very nice guys. Today’s work was completed faster than estimated and the total was well below the capped estimate I was given by the owner, Tim. I cannot recommend them enough, they do great work and I can count on them to be here and get things done fast.
