Mark, Paul, and Sam have installed a sump pump, new gas lines, shower valves, and done a bathroom remodel for me.
They have always been prompt, courteous, professional, and the work was always done timely and at a reasonable price. They just came out to look at what I thought was a terrible emergency, but they turned a valve a little and now everything's fine. I appreciate them for not making fun of me as a panicky dilettante.

Have used Simply Plumbing on multiple occasions in the last few years -- small issues (faucet repair) to larger issues (replacing sump pump). Mark and his team have always been great to work with. They come out, determine what the issue is, and get right to work. They're also very honest and tell you exactly how you should address a problem -- they won't tell you to fix something if it isn't broken or replace it with a new item if it still has some life left in it. Highly recommend them!

Owner very rude....over heard him on the phone with his tech that was sent to my home 2x in 1 month for same problem call my wife stupid...very UNPROFESSIONAL....and first visit water heater was rigged up to work was charged 100 for 10 min of work ...and it was a claim through our home warranty...should have only been charged 20 for the part that was fixed...water heater still not working and owner was heard telling his tech over phone ....she will be charged another 100...
