The blower/squirrel cage had locked up and destroyed itself. In doing so it also damaged my secondary heat exchanger. I was without air (in August). I called the company I had been doing business with for 5+ years and they gave me a quote of $3,300 for new blower motor and heat exchanger OR $7,500 for new furnace. I was leaning towards the new furnace, but wanted a 2nd opinion on the pricing so I called ALL Pro. Within 10 minutes of the owner being here, he told me that both of those parts were under warranty. (the other company never mentioned this) Cole came out and installed the new blower and

My hot water heater going out wasn't such a bad thing because I got to experience the best service I can honestly say I've ever had with a company. John and Hugh were both extremely helpful and honest. Not to mention how quickly the 2 of them arrived at different times with 2 different issues I was having. 5 stars

Called at 6pm on a Tuesday and they were there within 30 minutes. He did a great job and made sure to tell us that our unit is an older one so don't invest to much money in it if it continues to have trouble. We are so happy we called because 80 degrees with a 2 year old was no fun.. Thank you so much! We will be using this company in the future for sure!
