That's me, no, not the bride, the little one with the cake. This was my first wedding and also one of my earliest memories. I remember such a feeling of excitement about this day. Getting to wear a fancy dress, seeing all the beautiful decorations, and seeing my first wedding cake. Throughout my life I have always been drawn to event planning.
In 6th grade I was named the class's 'Organizational Guru' for always organizing all the class & school events. In high school I was on all the special event planning teams. Dances, fund raisers, prom, you name it. Once my friends started getting married, I was always there to lend a hand and after college, I decided to give it a try professionally.

At A Paper Flower Wedding our mission is to 'be your clone' on your wedding day. You plan it, we run it. We will meet with you in the weeks prior to your wedding so you can thoroughly educate us as to the vision for your day. We will listen to you, take detailed notes, re-confirm, and coordinate the day you have so carefully planned.
Send finalized timeline to vendors who need it and do final week confirmations with the team. Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the wedding (or other date as requested). Inventory of all personal decor items/wedding day items - possible hand off of items at this time. Oversee and assist with personal decor set up (placements of favors, escort table, sign in table, DIY decor, ceremony props, etc.).

My fiance and I found Sarah (the owner) through Roaring Camp's recommended vendors list. We got married on Sept. 24th 2021. Overall, our experience was amazing. 10/10. Here are some things that stood out to me about Sarah.
+Sarah asked for our contracts with our other confirmed vendors and told us she would reply to any questions the vendors had if she already had an answer. She did, and saved us a lot of headaches.
+She caught an accounting error with our venue bill. The venue double-charged us for kids meals which would have costed us an extra few hundred $$.
