The worst massage. I brought ny friend here for couples massages and was so embarrassed. We got caught up at a tourist attraction, and they accommodated us the next day, at the 46th Street spot.
The room was FREEZING cold. I was shivering and the masseuse noticed and tried to point the heater in my direction, which didn't help. Everytime they lifted the blanket, I winced because a large part of my naked body was exposed to the cold. There was no aromatherapy or deep tissue. No hot stone either. Only a hot towel, which was the best part after being in a freezing cold room. I paid groupon price

They’re awesome. I go to them every week for lashes and they’ve been both the most affordable and the best at it. My lashes always look amazing thanks to May and Grace. They’re also incredibly kind and will even reach out to me to remind me if I haven’t been in in a while. I actually moved uptown and I still just make the trip to midtown instead of finding a new place and taking a risk on it.

The lash service here was quick but ineffective. Day 2 had an unusually large amount of lash loss and they continued to fall out Day after day her quickly. I did not wash the area as instructed for 24 hours after. I informed the employee that I wanted a fill-in of mink lashes that I already had. When she was finished I saw that it was synthetic lashes. How deceptive especially when I made mention of this prior to beginning. At payment time, the cashier tried to trick me into paying for a service I did not have, she asked if I was paying $79 for a service I did not have. I corrected her and referenced

This place is okay... I went first time with my cousin and we used groupon so it was fairly priced. But at the end they force you to pay a pretty big tip and tax if you don’t pay with Venmo. Few days later the eyelashes are almost no where to be seen, I call in for a refill as this isn’t suppose to happen, so then they charge me $25 for the refill! I wanted it to be free but I am understanding and paid the price. A Week goes by and the refill is almost gone as well... so I go in again yesterday. They didn’t refill the same amount as I had before.. I feel like I want to give them my money

Friendly staff that is always very accommodating. Always for me into their busy schedule every time I'm in town. Appointments ate suggested but they work with me. They have packages for repeat customers as well which are a great deal.
I've had eyelashes done other places & I always return here.
They offer a monthly eyelash fill service. I get so many compliments on my natural looking lashes. They also offer longer lashes too.

The atmosphere and all around energy of Pro Skincare is warm and inviting. I love the zen music you're greeted with when you enter the rooms. it eases you into a relaxation, by the time you're done with your lashes you feel like you had a much needed nap and spa treatment.

This is a tiny getaway within the city. The Pro Skincare & Day Spa really isn't much to write home about...BUT Amal is!! One of the best massages I've had in the world. She has incredible energy and is a true healer. She fixed exactly what ailed me, and did it with the most delightful positive energy. She is obviously a very well trained and gifted massage therapist. I highly recommend her if you happen to visit the tiny retreat on the roof of the hotel.
