I experienced a dental emergency this weekend. They promptly assisted me, how they could, and got me scheduled for an appointment first thing Monday. This office used to be local for me, and now that I've moved over half an hour away I STILL go to them! They're attentive, supportive, and very.
This place is awesome I had 3 teeth worked on and they worked with me with my Financial Issues and worked with me on a payment plane that works for me and my financial state.I was in a lot of pain and was supper worried about it they help me and worked with me on a financial plane that fits my needs I would definitely go back for more teeth work.

I had a super positive experience with Tualatin Dental Care. I needed a tooth extracted. Dr. Kim was excellent in her skill and professionalism. The front desk person and the dental assistant were kind, helpful and also highly skilled. The first night after the extraction I took two ibuprofen. By the next day I was fine and needed no further pain medication. The extraction healed beautifully. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I have received consistently excellent care from Dr. Kim and her team. The office staff also provided accurate and thorough information about my insurance coverage, and they have had agreements that reduce my out of pocket expenses significantly compared to my previous dentist. 1st visit yesterday. (Previous dentist retired) Personnel are pleasant and very organized. Communication is important to them and it's clear they will not stop until they have answered all the questions. I appreciated the 'all business" manner of doing things. No idle chit chat . Get in, get out. That said, pretty sure they would be chatty if that was what I wanted. Also, pleased with their effective use of texting and clear appointment reminders.

They are amazing! Dr. Kim is the greatest! She is patient, reviews what she is going to do before doing it, then follows up to insure everything went right. Recently I cracked a tooth and she gave me a temporary crown. Before I could get back for the crown the temporary came off. She fit me in right away and repaired it. The staff are all polite, professional and helpful. I highly recommend this dental group!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not to the amazing Dr Kim, but to the manager and receptionists. Dr. kim deserves a 6 star.
First let's start with the receptionists here. Right after my first appointment, they scheduled me to come back 6 months later to get fillings and another cleaning. About a month in, someone had called and asked if I wanted to finally schedule my fillings. I was confused because I thought I already had. I am very disappointed with the way how they treated me. I came to replace my fillings and beside this I got my lip damaged. I noticed that my lip is damaged when I came home, after some time when it stops being numb. At first, I thought it is not big deal, it will heal soon. But it did not heal soon, the damaged lip causes me discomfort for almost one week. I talk with Dr. Fischer that besides doing a good job with my tooth, I got my lip damaged and he said that I bite myself, that it is not his fault. Do not use this Dental provider and whatever you do, DO NOT pay cash upfront. They will defraud you by taking your full payment then seek payment from your dental insurance to receive doube the money, ignore your calls and emails and never ever pay you back.
I was forced to file fraud, waste and abuse charges against this dental officey dental insurance and sue them in Small Claims Court to get my money back.
Be very careful and avoid at all cost!

Not happy with my experience today. I'm getting treatment from a Orthodontist and had crowding so that's why I needed the teeth pulled.I was scheduled to get 4 teeth pulled when I found out (last minute) the Dentist I was scheduled with was no longer with this practice. Since I have a very busy schedule I had to keep this appointment as I blocked time out of my schedule to recover. I told this office on more than one occasion that I was very anxious about the process. I booked an appointment yesterday for the first available appointment, which happened to be today. Dr. Kim deemed it to be an "emergency appointment" and charged me almost $200. Had Dr. Kim's staff disclosed at any time that it would be charged as a emergency I would have postponed the appointment.
There are better dentists in Tualatin that are transparent about their costs and offer far better dental care!
It will never be cold enough for me to go back to Tualatin Dental Care!

My family has been treated by Dr. Fischer since he first became a dentist and have always received outstanding care. I am not of fan of shots, but Dr. Fischer has a technique where they are painless. He takes the time to clearly explain and discuss treatment plans in advance so we always know what to expect. We recommend him without reservation!

Absolutely wonderful experience and that's saying a lot for a trip to the dentist. I hate going to the dentist, I despise going, I'm terrified of going but this visit was the best dental appointment I've ever had. Dr. Kim is amazing and Megan (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) absolutely wonderful, no one made me feel stupid or like an idiot for the condition of my teeth. Nope. Nope. Nope. I decided to go to Tualatin Dental Care because it was convenient and had good reviews, I'll never go back. I've had regular dental check ups and haven't had a problem in 5 years. I went here and all of a sudden I need 5 fillings and a night guard. The reception staff and clinical staff is wonderful, but once the dentist came in I got a very uncomfortable feeling that I was being nickeled and dimed. I was right.

This is the most unprofessional dental practice I have ever been too. I am used to being treated with care and respect but this was the furthest thing from it. Dr. Fischer was horrible at helping out and returning calls on their so-called :emergency line" from Thursday night through Monday morning.
