One of the worst nursing homes to work at. The patients are the most kindest and make you really feel appreciated. I worked with this company through an agency and I wish I never helped them out. The staff is extremely rude and try to make you feel low. They don’t care about their staff. This staff member literally picked on me because I didn’t want to answer questions about my ethnicity,because I feel we are all human and it’s my right. The nursing supervisor told her it was perfectly fine and my right to decline those questions. She got upset and followed me around the nursing home picking

My mother was a patient at Solaris for a week. My mom was a patient that depended on dialysis to live. In the week that my mom stayed at Solaris, she missed two dialysis treatments because of negligence of the staff. Unfortunately, my mother passed away during her stay following this negligence. I want to share my experience so that this sort of error and negligence doesn’t happen to anyone else’s loved one. I will let everybody know not to trust this place with their lives or their loved ones lives. We trusted Solaris, my mother was only there for a week and you were never responsible enough

I want to take a moment and place a review for this facility. This facility is a place that you can trust to provide quality measures, care and compassion of your family members with. While working here I noticed how staff that’s not in medical recognize and communicate with residents. I’ve also noticed the medical staff tending to residents on a personal level as if they were their own family. This place is a nightmare.
The front desk people are awesome. The therapy staff are awesome. That’s where it stops. They have more excuses for not giving proper care then I can count. I was told by a head nurse that they are trying to educate the nurses on staff. That’s a crock!!!!. Do not take your loved ones there. The urine bottle sits on the food tray all morning. gets emptied when lunch comes😡 they take forever to come in when something is wrong. The patient next to my loved one fell trying to get out of bed. He was yelling for someone to come but no show go figure. If you want good

My mom came here after her knee surgery and she got worse than when she got there. On the weekend there is no doctor and they couldn’t give her pain medicine. The beds are old and uncomfortable and they don’t keep them clean. My mom said she herd people screaming all night asking for them to please leave that they didn’t want to be there. The front desk was nice but the nurses are rude my mom left after 2 days of being there. Highly do not recommend! The nurses take forever to come when they have to use the bathroom and they give them canned soup. Please take your loved ones somewhere else
