Dr. Terry Trezek and his entire team have been practicing in the community since 2000. With offices in O'Fallon and Troy, MO, the primary goal of First Impressions Dental is to provide the highest standard of care possible for each patient that we treat. Services
Tina is one of our part time Hygienist. She is married and has a wonderful family. Tina is a travel enthusiasts which has taken her on many fun vacations full of culture and exploration. Barb graduated from the University of South Dakota with an Associate Degree in Applied Science and has been employed with First Impressions Dental since 2011 as a Dental Hygienist.
Our practice is family-oriented and child-friendly. In fact, 25% of our patient-base is comprised of children under the age of 18. We have designed our facility with your child's interests in mind and boast a dedicated children's play area. We didn't forget about our adult patients either, we also provide refreshments, free Wi-Fi internet services, and comfortable seating in a Zen-like atmosphere.
Dr. Trezek earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University's School of Dental Medicine in the year 2000. He is a proud member of the Missouri Dental Association, American Dental Association, International Association of Orthodontics, International Congress of Implantologist, American Academy of Cranial Facial Pain and a certified Invisalign provider.

I cannot begin to say how lucky I was to find Dr. Trezek and his team. I recently moved to the area and visited a few other dentists. Dr. Trezek is clearly the best in the area. He is patient, extremely knowledgeable, reasonable, and makes visiting the dentist the most pain free experience. Very appreciative of him and his team!

I got there a half hour ahead of appt, the office people didn't input my info correctly and I had be pushed back. Saw the dentist, told him what tooth was hurting but he insisted he wanted to work on a totally different tooth that would cost me $4000 to "fix". I told him I was an over the Road Trucker so he gave me a prescription for opioids which I returned thinking seriously, do you want to destroy my career, and an antibiotic that gives you diarrhea, even the pharmacist said, WHY? I cancelled my next appt because nobody listens and why would I want to go to a dentist like that.. I would rather

Let me start with its been 20+ years since I went to a dentist, at 28 yes I had a bad dentist hurt me and I have avoided dentist like the virus. Now almost 50 yrs old I don't have a choice but to find a dentist. I did lots of research, reading reviews looking for comfort and pain free. I choose First Impressions, they lived up to every review. No one shamed me, they were covid safe. No pain, they put together several options for treatment and throughly explained each one the +/- and the cost estimated with my insurance coverage. Even the price was way better than I imagined. So I now have 2 appointments

First Impressions is awesome. The whole team is awesome and seems knowledgeable. I was referred to this office when my own dentist was out of town. I had incredible pain and within days developed cellulitis, my face was probably swollen 30% larger than normal on one side, and I was admitted to the hospital. Dr. Trecek was AWESOME through it all. He made me a priority and got me in fast. He is friendly and makes kind conversation. The staff seems to have good rapport and I couldn't say enough about how great they were. I had to go about five times in six months and I always had a good experience

Dr Terry and his team were amazing. They were able to get me in for a routine check up in O’Fallon and then immediately back at this location for 4 wisdom teeth removal prior to my flight home in a few days. The entire procedure, including two fillings, took less time than my wait at the pharmacy for my prescription. I’d go back if I had a location closer to home.
