At Yoga Path Palm Beach, we practice and teach a variety of styles of yoga, from high-energy, cardio power vinyasa, to a slow, calming Yin practice. Our classes are taught by highly trained, passionate teachers, all of whom are Yoga Alliance certified. Their goal is to guide you through your practice, creating a challenging and safe atmosphere.

In our classes, we link breaths with movement to bring life to our practice on the mat and our daily lives. The goal of a Certified Yoga Therapist is to educate our clients to become more independent and not depend on a therapist. Providing the tools needed to follow their path of self-discovery and self-empowerment leading them towards self-healing.
Services
To optimize each client's experience, we have a few house guidelines to maintain a harmonious atmosphere. We keep our mat area free from all material things other than the essentials - water and towels. Belongings may be placed in cubical inside boutique or inside studio. Please mention any pre-existing injury or medical condition to the instructor BEFORE class starts!
We want you to experience the full benefits of practicing yoga and achieve a comfortable range of motion. Because of its many benefits, the majority of our classes are taught in a warm studio. Did you know that our muscles gain more elasticity and our circulation improves when we are exposed to warmer environments?

I just dropped in at the studio and had an amazing experience. The room was heated but not hot. The flow wasn’t hard but it wasn’t easy and boring. The teacher was super sweet and welcoming. Def check this place out!

Been coming here for years. While I am not the most flexible, the staff is always super helpful and willing to offer adjustments that suit my skill level.

Completely unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Don’t come here. The staff do not care about their customers at all and will not contact you, answer any questions or help in any way. So many better yoga places in the area, skip this one.

I'm new to yoga and am pretty high energy/intensity by nature (native NY'er). The moment I walked into Yoga Path, I felt myself calming down and becoming present. The class is as physically intense as you want it to be and mentally, I felt completely aware and in the moment by the end of the class. I highly recommend this studio and have even made a commitment to continuing on a path that involves more Yoga.

Took my first class here today. Teacher was Chelsea. Was very impressed with her knowledge and poise. There were about 12-15 people in the room who all seemed like regulars. But Chelsea was great about visiting each person and offering adjustments and suggestions. The class was for all levels. Although I was in the worst shape, I still felt really comfortable. Great space. Very cool patio to sit and chill and very close to Hullabaloo and Respectable Street, my fave restaurants in downtown West Palm. Easy parking. Two big studios. I think I'm really going to enjoy one on one yoga classes here as

I spent two weeks in Yoga Path, West Palm Beach. The place is an oasis, The studio is clean and has a layer of brightly lit windows which bring the sky and palm trees onto the mat. The court yard is calm. It has all the elements of a peaceful garden; bridge, coy fishes, plants, mirrors, gate, and sail awnings, I received superb instructions from Nancy, Cheryl, Trina, and Angi. I feel refreshed and ready for the next part of my journey. The rate is reasonable. I will stop there again.

Just ordered a pair of leggings from the mobile site and I love them! They were shipped right away and that's during the holidays which is great customer service in my book. Too bad I don't actually live in Florida, otherwise I would take some classes in my awesome new peacock leggings.
