Established in 2015. Roses Poses was born from personal tragedy, nurtured with support, love, and understanding, and has developed into a place for personal growth and healing for all that seek these things in their life. Through breath (pranayama), yoga poses (asana), and meditation true healing is attainable.
The only thing one must have is an open heart and mind. I teach a mindful practice, encouraging the student to focus within while being mindful of what the body is conveying. Gentle stretching, learning new postures at every visit - while paying attention to proper alignment, flowing from one posture to the next with grace and ease.

Services
Offers both standing and seated postures, focusing on proper alignment, holding postures a little longer allowing the body to settle in and the mind to quiet some, offering both lengthening and strengthening. This practice may include both standing and seated postures where the intent of the movement is to "flow" between postures.
There is a modification for EVERY posture. We are ALL in different spots on and off the mat, we work with what we have in the present moment and know that it will change in the future. I have plenty of "studio" mats for you to borrow. You can make the decision on which mat to purchase once you realize how much you love your yoga practice.
Our meditation services are dedicated to helping you discover the peaceful strength needed to face life's challenges, big or small. At Roses Pose's you will find a calm sanctuary from the hustle, bustle, and frenzy of the world. Our mission is to awaken your inner spirit and give you the tools and drive to face the outside challenges and lead a more complete and meaningful life.
What is this and why do I need a life coach? I've been living life all these years without a coach - are you where you want to be in life right NOW? Are you recently retired and not sure what to do with yourself and your time and need help figuring it out?. Have you recently been through a life changing event; death of a love one or close friend, recently retired, making a career change - whether planned or unplanned?.
At Roses Poses we look at the person as a whole. Offering a true mind/body/spirit approach through Yoga, Meditation, Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Thai Yoga, Raindrop Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and so much more. You have the option to choose ALL of the services offered or choose one to start and see where you go from there.

Super grateful I can attend this yoga studio. Rose has been such a huge help! I’ve suffered with terrible back/muscle pain and she always knows how to fix the pain. When I’m feeling anxious and overwhelmed her knowledge, peace and calmness alleviates me. Yoga has definitely changed my life. Highly recommend Roses Poses for Yoga and much more services offered! You won’t be disappointed.

Great studio with a phenomenal owner/teacher! Rose is so knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. She takes time to get to know her students & focus on their needs. I appreciate her emphasis on the mind/body connection. Rose meets everyone where they're at & allows each student to practice at their own pace. Modifications are always available to challange students, deeping their practice, or allowing others to get into poses more easily!

BEST YOGA STUDIO EVER! Long time student, new teacher. Rose is highly knowledgeable about the mind and body; always having you feel safe and secure in the beautiful blue themed high ceiling studio. There are props galore and mats available to use when needed. The atmosphere is welcoming to all humans(all ages, all races, all religions, all body types, all opinions, all views, all classes, all statuses, etc). Rose's assists in poses will help bring you to the next level in your yoga game. The classes with the garage wall open are the best in my opinion. You get a nice breeze and sunshine, while

Rose is my instructor at Bamboo Garden in Delray Bch. for Connected Warriors. She is well versed in Yoga and tailors her classes to her students. I look forward to her class as I always feel better after Yoga. We don't do headstands and other advanced poses as we're mostly seniors, but the restorative poses she has us do keeps me limber and flexible which is more important than touching my toes and other poses that are frequently shown as Yoga. Thank you Rose!

Yoga is NOT just for skinny, flexible, uber healthy folks! Rose showed me that even a 250#, out of shape, 55 y/o, unflexible, person can do yoga. I was intimidated and thought that I'd feel humiliated when it was all done, and Rose showed me that I was wrong.
With her expert guidance using blocks, folded blankets, straps and some gentle assistance, I was able to do several poses comfortably.
I highly recommend this studio for women and men who have avoided yoga in the past out of fear of being awkwardly out of shape - this is your studio!!!!

I never wanted to do yoga - I mean c'mon, it's for folks who are flexible and fit. I'm overweight and can't touch my toes, I was sure that a yoga class would be totally awkward. However, after much encouragement, I went to Rose's beginner class. I now go as often as possible. While I (currently) can't touch my toes, Rose handed me a strap that helps me get closer to them with every class. She's patient and helpful. The studio is beautiful. I encourage everyone to take a class at Roses Poses ESPECIALLY FIRST TIMERS!!!!!

Rose is not only kind and gentle person, but a kind and gentle teacher as well. When you enter her studio you will automatically feel at peace. She welcomes you with a smile and openness that is like no other. Class to follow is an opportunity to leave it all behind and focus your mind and breath on what is in that moment. Through out the class she guides you with an effortless flow. She is truly a unique teacher. I highly recommend dropping by for a class you will be inspired.

With doing yoga with mrs. Rose she went slow with me and took time to help me out with my back i have a slipped disc in my lower back. With her help and patience my back is starting to feel a lot better and my favorite thing she said to me was "its a years practice and not a 90 min class" so with that being said she understood that i couldnt do everything and she adjusted to help me out and feel better. I would recommend her to anyone loved her teaching love her best yoga i have did
