We've had two quarterly services so far and both have been great experiences. Last week, Frank Miller took care of spraying the outside of our home, our garage and even offered to check and spray portions of our attic and some areas inside the home. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend both Capital Pest Service and working with Frank Miller. Thank you!

We've had a great experience with Capital Pest services, they are always timely and send a photo of the tech arriving which is a nice safety feature. Frank was our technician this month and was very king and did a great job and explaining what all he was doing/treating. Since having Capital Pest services we haven't had a single bug in the home!

Wanted to review this company and let everyone know how pleased I am with the business model at Capital Pest Services. The staff is amazing, caring and most of all, friendly. I texted Matt that my last mosquito treatment didn’t work so well. The next morning, I had a tech at my house spraying again. He apologized and had the attitude that he would solve my problem and had a smile on the whole time. Lastly, every time I call, the office staff is just so nice and helpful. You guys know customer service and do it well and I, as a customer, appreciate the hell out of it. Keep up the good work.

We were told before we closed on our house that the termite issue had been resolved by another pest control company and that they even re-treated before closing. Fast forward a year later and we are dealing with a termite problem from hell. Capital Pest Control came highly recommended by a friend. Setting up the appointment with Taylor was super easy. Frank Miller did an above and beyond job on my house this morning! Not only is he extremely personable but he obviously knows what he’s doing and loves it as well. I trust him to keep my house safe for my dogs (which was my main concern after one of them got bit by a spider) and for my boyfriend and myself. I’m a first time customer and I’m very happy with my choice of choosing this company for pest services. I called yesterday and was able to get a next day appointment. Curtis came to my home and contact was very minimal(thank you!!). He was able to spray my yard within 30 minutes. He was very polite and sent an audio recording of the service after he left. We used Capital Pest Services over three years ago for termites. Don't know why I'm leaving a review now. All I can say is awesome. Very professional, fairly quick to respond, and super easy to work with. They have come on an annual basis, since the initial treatment.
Let me backtrack a little bit, we called them in a panic after another company came and treated. I found mud tubes less than 20 hours later. CPS came out the following day did a temp treatment and then scheduled us. CPS trenched around our house and have returned yearly to inspect. No termites noticed since.

We've been having Capital Pest Services do regular pest control for us after initially contacting them for an ant problem just over a year ago. They have always been great to work with, and Frank Miller has always patiently given me tips and answered questions whenever he visits. I highly recommend them!

I hired this company to take care of the fire ants in my field. It was a hefty price tag, but seemed worth it to be rid of them. Not two weeks after the spot treatment, I noticed more hills forming in my yard. I spot treated the few I saw and figured they were missed, but even more showed up after. I called the company and they sent someone back out to re-treat the spots. Not even two weeks later, I am treating over ten mounds a week. It seems like they just spot treated the mounds they saw and put down nothing long lasting like other companies do.

Great service and they always arrive on time. Everyone thatnhas ever come out is friendly and always ask questions on where they might need to focus attention, etc. We had a problem with spiders and they came right back out (at no charge) to respray - no hassle whatsoever. Great company based on my experiences.
