I have solid roadside service through USAA. USAA did an authorization for Canton Towing to do a tire change for me last weekend (nasty, unrepairable flat tire). Canton Towing couldn't change my tire because of a bad lug nut, so they hooked it for a tow and told me to call USAA for the tow authorization (which I did while I waited at the tow spot with the drivers). This was at 10pm on a Sunday. The driver's told me to go, because they had it covered after I got the tow authorized over my cell phone with USAA. But, after I left - they unhooked the car and left my car at the tow spot overnight with

I have used Canton Towing a few times when my car battery has died and today I had to have my car towed because it wouldn't start. Ian arrived at my house within 15 minutes and was very professional and nice! He was able to check my battery, and when we realized that wasn't the problem, he was able to get my car towed to the dealership within a reasonable amount of time.

The tow truck driver Ian was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to help look at my car and see what the issue was when it would not start. He was very professional, kind, and quick! He even sent a text update and thanked me, and I am definitely satisfied and would 10/10 recommend canton towing if all their drivers are as good as Ian. Thank you for being my hero!

Horrible experience with this company! Got in an accident yesterday that wasn't my fault. Needed a tow truck to get my jet ski I was pulling back on my trailer. They sent out a flat bed truck and wanted to pull my jetski on the bed which would have destroyed the bottom of it. He refused to call for the other truck they have that could have lifted my ski into my trailer and then charged me full price just for coming out. Making a horrible situation worse and I got stuck paying when I told him I had AAA. Wouldn't even try to use it! 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

I had some time problems Friday evening near Louisville about five miles out in the country a bit before 10PM. As they are the AAA contractor for the area, they were called to deliver Emergency Roadside Assistance.
They arrived at 12:10 AM. This is not emergency roadside assistance. This is roadside assistance when we get around to it.
They gave three different arrival times.
When they arrived they said they couldn't find the address. With Maps and Google any 10-year-old could have found it.
Would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone for anything.
