Tow guy was super cool and nice and even gave me a ride back to the tow place but then got so mad I was taking too long to clean my car out (long before closing time) that he had to leave and have another guy wait while I finished, who then informed me of all of that which was surprising. But I technically appreciate honesty and I appreciated the ride so still giving 4 stars.
Actually the boss lady was difficult multiple times about opening the lot up for me at 4 and 5 pm (close at 6) so bumping down to 3 stars because that was the soonest I could get there with work.

My car started when he got there and they wouldn't take even a trip charge! Highly recommend!! Thank you Patriot Towing!

I hit a car battery and was on the side of road. Call AAA and said it could be 4 hours. It was literally like an hour. The guy we had was very nice and professional. Would use them again.

Will absolutely never use this towing service by choice. Although the driver who towed my car after I was crashed into was nice, the woman who answers the phone is rude, unprofessional, and does not do her job. Horrible customer service.

The guys came out, the passenger was training a driver and was really thorough with his training, very knowledgeable and showed him how and why they do all the safety measures. I was impressed with them, their response and their prices, if I ever need a tow again, I will not hesitate to call them. The new driver will be excellent if he listens to his trainer, both were very nice and professional.

After we got stuck in the middle of Holmes County we were worried about getting help. AAA called Patriot and some wrangling with AAA we could not have had better service from a slim AA gentleman with glasses whose name I did not get. He traveled a long way to rescue us and treated us like royalty. Could not have asked for better treatment in an out of the way location. Thanks Patriot for getting us out of a bad situation!

I called around 6 in the evening. My car had slid off my driveway on the ice. They sent the big tow truck, said they needed the small tow truck, came back with the small tow truck and said they needed the big tow truck. Finally at about 1:30 AM, I dozed off. When they came again, either they didn't knock on the door or I didn't hear them, but the next morning I saw that the wheels on the driver's side were back on the drive but not the wheels on the passenger side.

It's never fun to have vehicle problems that require "roadside" assistance. Over the past couple of years I've needed such assistance, and was given the name of Patriot Towing, and they have never let me down. They've gotten to me promptly, typically within 30 minutes. The tech people who have come out have been friendly, efficient and always willing to answer questions. Now I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do it's nice knowing I can that rely on Patriot Towing for assistance.

I recently got stuck in the mud and used AAA to get a tow. The estimated time was 90 minutes and it was closer to 2 hrs which wasn't an issue since we'd been in the cold for a couple hrs and attempted to try and get the car out ourselves. I called AAA twice before they company got to the destination because I've never had to wait the estimated time and I wanted an ETA. Any other company calls when they're on the way. He finally calls and is already on the location but didn't get directions on how to get to us. Mind you it's dark when he arrives but we find each other and I led him to my car. From
