If I could give a place a zero I would. I wanted a plate, never ordered from there before so I thought I'd give them a try. MISTAKE! If you want a place that will scream at you because you don't know the menu, then this is the place for you. The woman there is so rude, I just wound up walking out. Went to Fairport Hots, the young lady was kind and helpful. My new go to place I would highly recommend the extra 6 minute drive there.

Ordered on Grub hub food never came, called and said he was close waited out in my apartment lobby for 9ver 15 min and called back to hear 5h3 food hasn't been delivered. The owner was unapologetic and had a confrontation tone. Sloppy. Reading the other reviews on here I see a repeat pattern. I will be checking to make sure they refund me my $30 and will reach out to grub for a credit in addition to refund as they wasted my time. Do. NOT ORDER!

I ordered two plates at 11:00 PM. At midnight I called to see what was going on. They said they were catching up on orders from earlier in the day and couldn't promise an exact delivery time. At 1:00 AM I called again asking where the food was. This time not only could they not confirm a time, but they couldn't even confirm the order would be made at all. At 2:00 AM I called the last time. They said they just weren't going to deliver our order because it wasn't in the direction of any other orders. I'm still awaiting a refund and will definitely not be ordering again.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with this place! ordered food on Grubhub around 12 and it said my food should arrive around 2:00-2:10 and i gave them till around 2:30 before calling and then he tells me “ok your food just got done you will be our first stop, 40 mins to an hour go by I call him again he tells me “I’m sorry we got busy but we will be there soon buddy” now another 40 mins to an hour go by I tell him I want a refund he ignore me and says “give me a second I’ll call the driver then I’ll call you back” ten- fifteen mins go by I call grub hub and get a refund

This place is ridiculous, but they know they're the only place open late night, so they don't give a crap about what they're doing because there aren't any other options for their customers.
Half the time they don't deliver on time and the other half the order never arrives at all? Which is pretty crappy when you're stuck at work with no other options open overnight. I don't think we have ever had an order arrive on time. If it's not an hour late, it's five hours late, if it arrives at all.

I just had their cheeseburger plate with mac and slaw. Oh my gosh, it was AMAZING! Living in Rochester almost my entire life I've had almost every plate there is. This has got to be the very best one ever. The cole slaw is sweet with pineapples-exactly what I was hoping for-I'm definitely ordering from here again. Great job!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Terrible and rude service. The woman told me she was a manager at her second job so I shouldn't question her. I've been waiting 3.5 hours for my food. I called to check in. She said wait for your driver and if they don't show up, call us back. We figured after 3.5 they wouldn't be showing up. She said wait, we couldn't re-order and pick it up even though we offered. Couldn't believe the customer service.

I have yet to receive an order on time or receive an order at all. They have now screwed me over with completing orders and canceled one on me after 2 hours because there was complications. Still have yet to have a good experience with them. Would recommend any restaurant over then. And not to mention I was constantly put on hold to sit until as long as I would take just in order to figure out what happened to my order.

I ordered a garbage plate online, checking ketchup, mustard, onion, and everything because hot sauce not listed as an option. I checked the order before leaving and no hot sauce.
When I asked no hot sauce, line cook was sarcastic and demeaning and said I would have to pay .75. Pay for a condiment that is basically part of the plate. I didn't pay, but I also got hot sauce.

I had a "rubbish" plate delivered from Perinton Hots and was pleasantly surprised. The cheeseburgers were cooked perfectly, the mac salad was flavorful, and the meat sauce had the perfect amount of spice. The home fries could have been a bit crispier, but it's hard to complain too much during a pandemic. I'd definitely order it again.

You know that scene in the Birds if Prey movie, where Harley Quinn is getting her egg sandwich? This place is just as greasy and just as delicious! A superb cheeseburger and fries, and a great quiet location! Nice people too! They have garbage plates on the menu - I haven't tried them yet, but for once I can actually picture them making plates that can stand up to Nicks.

This hots location is located near the perinton square mall and many of the other great places in Perington, NY. Inside they have a lot of seating available so feel free to bring to whole family or even the whole baseball team. Food is amazing and the employees are pretty cool as well. Sit down and enjoy a delicious garbage plate you won't regret it. Also while you wait, they have a variety of entertainment available to keep you occupied, such as Games and Tv. Great vibes and i highly recommend.

We really wanted plates for our anniversary this year (who doesn't like to celebrate their love with a good old fashioned plate?). We had never tried Perinton Hots before, but it's so close to us we decided it was a good time to try it out. We walked in and the woman behind the counter was very friendly. I told her this was our first time there and she was very helpful in telling us the specials and what people usually order on their plates. She took my order and got to work on making it right there.
