Do NOT USE THIS FACILITY.
I had a stroke and this is the facility that Baptist Hospital referred me to for occupational AND physical therapy. In 2 weeks I've only had 2 physical therapy treatments but no Occupational therapy. I've called several times to get the correct therapy going. But they have my wrong phone number and no matter how many times I give them my correct phone number they always blame me for not answering calls I don't get cause they just don't seem to Be paying attention . After 2 weeks I have had it trying to chase them down to do their job. I am puzzled
