Such a wonderful office and experience. I have put off going to the dentist as it terrifies me. I finally went and the staff was amazing! The front office staff, Sara and Keegan were so friendly and inviting. Dr West and her dental hygienist were absolutely amazing. They truly care for your wants and needs. I’ll be going back regularly thanks to the team at Elite!

Look, Dr. West and her team are the real deal. Take it from someone who has had lots of dental trauma on behalf of my own negligence and dentist induced. They really take the time to take care of you. Although, I still mediate before coming, I know they are through and meticulous. All that and good customer service!! Come one, come ALL!

I've been a patient for years, the customer service and quality of care has dramatically decreased. Not sure what happened but this is not the amazing staff and customer service that it once was. I had a routine dental cleaning at 8am. At 930am, after waiting for an hour for the dentist to do my exam, I eventually left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here if you expect care, attention and respect. They take zero accountability for wasting your time.

I hadn't been to the dentist in 4 years and I was extremely anxious about the whole thing. Kristen knew how scared I was and completely made me feel at ease about everything. She was wonderful and so friendly and welcoming. I can't say enough good things about this practice. Dr Bell explained all my options and they made me feel really positive about the whole experience. I've never felt so good leaving a dental appointment. It's kind of bizarre because of how much I've hated all of them in my past.

I met the amazing Anna Spencer at the bar I work at. I was experiencing some pain during shift and she recommended me to the practice. I called and made an appointment with the wonderful office staff Sarah and Keegan. They were professional, polite and delightful to speak too. They took the time to call and verify my insurance and get the proper information for what was covered. They called me before my appointment to let me know my co-pay. Which I highly appreciated. When I arrived I was warmly greeted. Kevin took me back to the VIP room. He treated me as a VIP and made me laugh the whole time

Dr. West & Dr. Spencer are very professional and caring. They both make sure that you understand your dental needs along with their very friendly and attentive team members. They treat you like family from the moment you call to the time you walk out of the door! I have found my forever dental home. Sara and the front staff will go above and beyond to help with insurance and treatment needs!
