I've been coming to this dental office for many years and the staff before were friendly and knew myself and my family. My family and I always had a good experience going to Dr.Wear. But unfortunately, due to the new staff, we've been getting billed from old visits back in 2017 or 2018. We found that really ridiculous because they never told us this during our visits. We never have bills being sent to our house before because we always pay it there at the visit. Do not trust your mouth to Dr. Eric Wear!!! Do not get a mouthguard from him! My insurance covered the cost at my new dentist ! I payed for 2 guards at Art District Dental! First one knocked off a gold crown and injured my lip! Finally offered me a new one , I paid for, didn't fit, too tight! He just cut out a portion ??? $418.00 guard??? The final straw , I was concerned about an X-ray of an implant and bone infection... he informed me " you can't get an infection in your bone"

Work done: fillings
I had 3 fillings that needed to be re-done, i told Dr. wear about my pain concerns and severe sensitivity issues when a previous dentist did the fillings.
He was very accommodating during the nearly 2 hour procedure (right before the holidays!) and kept making sure I was comfortable. The assistant was also very nice!
I had little sensitivity this time around so very pleased overall, thanks!

Rude staff and even more disappointed in their treatment of long time customers. I would recommend anyone look for another dentist in the area. I missed an appointment because I woke up with harsh symptoms of COVID-19, and the last thing I was thinking about was the dentist. I was more focused on breathing and trying to get a hold of my doctor because symptoms were NOT mind in the slightest, and their policy is if you feel sick stay away. Unless they preferred I showed up anyways and stood their with my mouth open endangering them all? Well, months later after receiving nothing in the mail I get

My appointment at Art District Dental was *SPECTACULAR*! The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. My cleaning was thorough and both the hygienist and dentist answered all questions that I had. Picked this dentist over all the other Dentist because of the reviews it already had. Can say with certainty that it was absolutely the best choice. Dr Wear is brilliant, efficient, kind and gentle and his staff are amazing. Everything is clean and tidy and beautifully run. We don't have insurance and his office is willing to work out a very reasonable payment plan with us, which I am eternally grateful for cos dentistry is not cheap! I cannot recommend them enough! There's even a sort of insurance through them - flat fee up front. Free cleaning, discounted procedures. I'm just over

I always feel welcome here. I was gone from this service for an entire year last year due to not having dental insurance, and when I returned, everyone remembered who I was. It was a nice feeling for sure. Dr. Wear and his staff are ALL caring and personable and remember you by name. They don't suggest extra work or unnecessary services to do that will cost you a lot of money. They do all the leg work quickly when verifying insurance and make everything super easy. I am always in and out. I have never EVER had to wait past my appointment time and have been going there for 5 years. This says a lot

I loved my experience here. The staff and Dr. Wear are very attentive. Additionally, I appreciated the very fair, reasonable pricing. Art District Dental is down to earth and want to help you maximize your dollar. I previously had a really bad experience with a dentist who tried to charge me outrageous prices for procedures that I didn't really need. Dr. Wear was completely the opposite. They also worked me into the schedule to get my fillings done earlier. I called in the morning and was able to be seen that same afternoon. Very impressed!

Dr. Eric Wear was just as fantastic! He actually went over every tooth with me during my x-rays. No other Dentist has ever done this. He explained what procedures he recommends and what order to have them in to be most comfortable with.

I hesitate to write a good review because it means the chance of me not getting the appointment times I want will increase. Dr. Wear and the staff at Art District Dental are phenomenal. As a direct pay client, they are surprisingly up-front with pricing and are no pressure. They give you all the info you need to make your own dental health choices (which I appreciate) and you leave feeling valued. I wish all offices (medical, dental, and otherwise) had this approach!

I called in on a Friday morning with a dental emergency (unable to reach my regular dentist) and they were able to work me in that afternoon without hesitation. Needing more work than anticipated, front office and insurance guru, Adan, was able to contact my dental insurance and have a quote.
Dr. Wear and Kerry were able to make my smile complete again.

First trip here and it was great! Kelsey was my hygenist and she was very informative and explained everything she was about to do in a very non-scary way. Their waiting room is very cozy and they have great receptionists. They also have a big tv above your chair so you can watch and not be focused on the pricking and prodding that comes with going to the dentist. And while Dr. Wear is with you, they'll pull up your xrays or photos on the tv so you can follow along. Great!!

Fantastic customer service. I live and work in Dallas, but I still come to Art District Dental because I love the staff so much! Recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist. I always have cavities no matter how much I brush and floss, so I am no stranger to the dentist. Was feeling some sensitivity Monday and got an appointment Wednesday (pretty good considering I am a new patient). The front office staff was very friendly and waiting room is cozy and updated. Only had to wait for about 5-10 min before going back. I was lead to the procedure room which had TVs with volume control and cable mounted right above the chair. I love this in a dentist. The equipment all seemed updated.
