The Omelette King first started serving in the Wilmington, Delaware area in 1995. Since then, Chef Jim Spicer - The Omelette King - has spread his sunshine to the surrounding areas; bringing with him fresh, delicious, chef-made breakfasts. The Omelette King currently serves all of Delaware and Maryland.
We reach into the southern areas of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In addition, we have been seen in Virginia and D.C. When one of the Omelette King chefs comes to your location, you can expect friendly service, great food and happy customers.

Services
All of our parties include made to order omelettes prepared with your choice of farm fresh eggs, egg whites or a cholesterol free egg substitute. Our chefs will provide ketchup, hot sauce, salt and pepper with each event. Disposable tablecloths for the chefs table will also be included in our price.
From small to large events, all will receive our finest touch and deepest commitment to excellence! Our kitchen on wheels can go wherever your imagination takes it. Vending for trade shows, craft fairs and community yard sales is also available. If you want to get your customers to a specific location - how better than to offer them food once they get there!
