Christine Marie's Catering in Glen Mills began as an off premise catering service in 1990. Our mission is to make fabulous fresh food available for all of your special occasions, by providing catering services which entail least amount of work being done by our clients. Quality service staff are available to handle all situations.
We love our customers, so feel free to make an appointment to plan catering for your event. Menu planning is easy with our expertise. However we can not accommodate walk-ins, face to face consultations by appointment only. What type of food do you like? The information saves time later as we can be prepared to discuss your personalized event details.
Our menus are creative and customized to meet your needs and special requests. Catering Services are available in Media, West Chester, Wilmington, South Jersey and the Tri County area. Various Menus are included in this section which can be downloaded and printed for easy viewing. These prices are not current and may have risen about 15-20% and when you chose a menu it will be priced according to todays market prices.
The Certified Manager must be on site during all hours of operation, which means you need more than one certified manager to cover all shifts or an absence or vacation. This should be the "person in charge". Food Safety Managers must pass the national exam and renew their state certification every five years.
