Our first visit, and won't be our last. (Located in the same building as The Hickory Tree)
The Karate in the Garage pancakes were fluffy and enormous, the way you'd hope your pancakes would be. Topped with blueberries, whipped cream, and a side of whipped butter and syrup. The Garden omelette was very good. My only complaint is I'd hoped the veggies would be cooked a little longer. However, The potatoes were perfect. So much flavor, hot, and were not over cooked or dried out. Last, but not least, the biscuits. We made the mistake of ordered 2 extra biscuits, not realized they were

Our breakfast/experience this morning was amazing! The ambiance was very warm and inviting. The staff made us feel so welcome and took such good care of us. The portions are HUGE! 😳 and the prices where very reasonable. If you like orange juice OMG! You have to get a carafe of theirs! You will be ruined for any other orange juice! I will DEFINITELY be back asap!

This had to be one of the best breakfast places that we have ever visited. The food was absolutely amazing, and the flavors were perfectly matched. My husband raved about the gravy for days afterwards. All of the wait staff was wonderful, and they made the experience even better. We'll definitely visit again the next time we come through this way.

We were on our way to Glenn Rose when we decided to take a detour for a bite to eat on the drive over from Dallas. The people were friendly and the coffee was fresh and hot and I love that they serve it with a super cute little creamer of half and half to go along with it.
I think the name of my biscuit sandwich was Mike Tyson's Tiger!! It was a fluffy homemade biscuit with a big, crispy fried chicken breast topped with a couple of slices of smokey, delicious hickory bacon and some sort of maple or honey butter on top. It was savory with a little bit of sweetness and each biscuit sandwich

Great breakfast spot! We had the Nunchuck Skillz and All American Breakfast. The biscuits are HUGE. Great flavor and they taste amazing with their honey butter. The potatoes had great flavor and were a little crispy which I like, not super greasy like you get some places. Only downside was that they were out of decaf coffee.
We didn't have the pancakes, but we saw them the next table over and they were massive!! I didn't know you could make pancakes that thick.
Overall, great spot and can't wait to come back.

So good. Every time I go in the staff is so friendly. I have a big appetite and have never been able to finish a plate here so be hungry or perhaps just share like my wife and I do. My wife, kids and I have plowed through most of the menu but have yet to be disappointed. If you miss this restaurant you are truly missing out.

The first couple of times we went to this place we were happy with the food and drink, and the service. We have been a couple of times since Covid and both my wife and I have a serious concern. That is that the staff does not wear masks, so neither do most of the customers. Not only do they not wear masks but they do not practice social distancing. The restaurant did have signs on the doors initially that requested that you wear a mask, however, the last couple of times the signs had been removed. It is always a concern for us when a business does not follow the law as stated by the Texas

The food and service are always good. We visited about 3 weeks ago and they were no longer practicing social distancing. Servers, hostess and other staff were not wearing masks, tables were not distanced. As we were leaving we noticed that all the "masks required" signs were gone. We stayed for our meal but won't be back anytime soon. Take care if you decide to visit.

Main Street Biscuit Company blew my mind OMG!! The food is so dang good. Everything we had was extremely delicious and the portions are fairly large. After just one visit that's all I thought about for three days straight. Unfortunately they're an hour drive away from us so I can't visit as often as I would like but that's probably a good thing for my arteries.
For those of you visiting for the first time it can be confusing as there are two restaurants in one building. If I understood correctly the Main Street Biscuit Company operates in the morning Only (M-F 7am

Had brunch here for the first time today. Nice atmosphere, lots of seating and no wait for a table. Started with chips and queso for an appetizer. The chips come out warm and fresh and they are thin, crispy and kind of greasy (in a good way). The queso was thick, creamy and well seasoned. Great start! The menu has some amazing and unique items and was fun - it seems they like Napoleon Dynamite and have named some of the items on the menu with a nod to the movie. Love it! The hub ordered the blueberry pancakes and I ordered the Mike Tyson's Tiger (MTT) sandwich. Holy cow - the portions are

I had high hopes for Main Street Biscuit Company. The menu looked yummy. The pics looked yummy. Unfortunately, what came out didn’t measure up. The fries were not fresh at all nor was the gravy. The egg was fresh, but not prepared like I ordered it. I ordered over medium & received over easy. Nothing was hot. Anyway, the waitress did her job well. When I asked what she recommended, she had answers. The whole reason I went there was for the shrimp & grits which were still on the menu, but no longer available due to lack of customer response. The atmosphere is nice & it’s located conveniently
