I have been here with family a handful of times. First of all I don’t eat meat but my family liked it when we first went there. I remember that the servings were very generous, the molcajetes were big and there was plenty of food for leftovers. Then I went there again about 2 year later right after COVID and wow there was a huge difference in quality… Me and my family were waiting for someone to seat us and no one came for like 10 minutes and it was at 1/2 capacity. I order carne azada after asking the waitress to make sure the served the skirt steak as the carne azada the cook told her yes ended up bringing me round cutlet which I don’t like and still had to pay for it even though I didn’t touch the plate at all I told them to compare the meat in the menu’s picture to the one they gave me but it still meat right so what ever not going back.

Our server was MIA a lot , we were unaware of their ONE credit card machine malfunctioning until having to wait forever for check and that had to request.if not for a friend dinning in the restaurant we would have drive to the bank. Extremely unprepared establishment. Should have made us aware , made a sign or let the several parties walking in as we left as well giving the choice to the costumer to leave or stay before having to be in akward situation of having eaten your food and no way to process your card.

I’m currently sitting here with my family of 13. My whole family got their food except for me. Then the server came to tell me that there is no Cheese Sauce for my Burrito. By the time I order something else and get it, my whole family would’ve eaten. I proceeded to tell the server to not make anything then. My question here is; Why not tell me there was no Cheese Sauce as soon as they saw our order? I don’t understand why/how it would’ve taken them till everyone at my table had their food to tell me this. I’m so disappointed. We came from Oklahoma as well.

I must say I have been here in the past pre- covid but the last 2 times as today ) had been a disappointment. I had ordered chicken salad had told my server that did not want the cheese sauce on the chicken instead I wanted ranch with it. So first of all the plate was brought to me the chicken was not grilled at stated on the menu, it was boiled, dry not taste what so ever. And instead of the server stating to me that they had no ranch and if I’d like to place an order for something else I was given the plate anyway. This place is NASTY! There was a Cockroach in my food! I brought it to up the manager and he was defending himself saying that it was not their fault. The manager was super unprofessional and refused to make things right. I asked for the owners number and also refused to give it to me. Instead he shouted out an email so I could write it down, I then asked to remove that plate from my tab and he refused and threaten TO CALL THE POLICE if a I didn't pay. Ask for a Carnitas Wet Burrito and the meat was old and hard to shew on. Call the waitress and ask her to please replace it with a softer meat she said how about Barbaccoa I said sure 😏 burrito came back now with Barbaccoa Will eating my burrito A Discussing hair was in the Barbaccoa like OMG Damm it was so disappointing 😞 Unfortunately bad experience. I still paid my meal waitress was like nothing was wrong 😑
