SPARA Reality does the job right. Aimee has personally helped not only myself, but also numerous family members of mine sell and purchase homes. I recommend her and her company to everyone I know whose looking. This company is honest and has the most integrity I've seen as far as reality goes. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Spara Realty and Aimee Hanson. She was referred to me by a friend who told me about their 1% purchase price check after close and I thought 'too good to be true'. NOPE! Aimee met me and we talked about the house that I was really wanting to purchase. She was able to go through the home with me right away and I told her my concerns about a musty smell in the basement but the owners and sellers agent assured us there was never water in the basement. What can I say other than "It was as easy as falling off a log." (but a lot less painful!). My wife and I were just starting to think about buying a smaller house when Spara opened up shop just two blocks from us. Serendipity? I think so!
