I found this place when i was looking for after school program in Sunrise Park Elementary school. It ends up they had no space left but i decide to give it a try by signing up for my son to martial art class and he lovesss it. He enjoy goes to class every single day. He learns a lot and listen. He has more patient now since he went. I feel lucky to find this place. Very professional and welcoming. Thank you for all your attention to the kids. They love being in the class.

Toni, Ben and Maria are very.... Professional and Caring. They teach our kids to be Respectful with others, Responsible, to have Self Discipline, to Work as a Team, to Believe in Themselves, to be Kind with other and they provide a friendly environment for everybody. They go out of their way to make every moment special for our boys and we really appreciate that. The line of communication is always open. My wife and I see a Great Improvement in our teens.

We love AMPRO! Why, you ask? It all starts with Maria at the front desk who makes you feel welcome every single time you walk in that door. And then it's on to the mat where the instructors are professional and make my kids feel safe and secure. There have been several times where my son didn't feel like participating that day. . . the team didn't make a big deal out of it, but instead sat with him and tried to understand where he was coming from. These classes have taught my son self-control, discipline, and respect. My son looks forward to the classes every week. Give them a try, you will NOT

We have been coming here for almost one year and our son is absolutely loving it and thriving! What I love most is that he takes what he learns in class and brings it home to teach his little sisters! The sensis are very patient but firm with the kids. Highly recommended!

I like the team at AmPro, they really have a great balance of teaching approaches which I think is great when working with kids as kids respond to different teaching styles. My son has been going to Ampro for just over a year now and has really excelled under both coach Ben and Sensi Tony's guidance.
As a parent I appreciate the important of discipline, self-defense and respect and they are doing a great job of conveying that to the kids while still keeping the classes fun and engaging.

My son trained with Sensei Tony and the terrific team at AmPro for several years. In addition to learning self defense skills he gained confidence, respect and discipline.
The staff teaches age appropriate lessons with the right balance of fun activities.
I was most impressed with the level of organization and communication from the dojo. They are innovative and offer a variety of services.
