Our room was not available after the designated check in time. Finally after they called our room was ready, they told us they are out of regular room key and they gave me one master key which I could not access to fitness room. Also, when we checked in, we were told room cleaning service will be on the 3rd day of stay, but we never had cleaning service during 6 days of stay. We have contacted the front desk on 3rd and 4th day and each time we were told they will come clean the following day and they never showed up. The trash was filling up which made room very smelly and we had to keep using

We have never stayed at Margaritaville before and will not stay at this one again. When I booked the room online, I never received a conformation email. When I called to inquire about my reservation, I was told their system was down. Four weeks later when we arrived for our stay, we were told the systems were down. This is listed as a four star hotel, tried checking in at 3:25 was told check-in was 4:00, at 4:00 we stood at the front desk for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us or any other guests who were also standing in line waiting. Our room was nice with great views, but not a four star

Fantastic customer service!
From check in you could tell the team there wants you to have the best possible stay.
The gift shop attendant lady, was so helpful and accommodating in helping me find items. (She’s a gem and good at the upsell with out being pushy!)
The front desk team helped us out with a delivery of Advil to my room after a fun night!
Cleanliness was a little less than one would have loved, but in this worker shortage it’s nothing travelers haven’t seen at all other mid level hotels!
Management, keep treating your employees well, it’s showing in the way they care about

Our stay was amazing! My husband and I came for our 1st anniversary and have always wanted to stay at a margarita hotel. We would have rated a 5 but our room was not completely ready for us. We only had a sheet for the bed, and towels. We did not get a comforter or washcloths, however once we requested extra supplies after a few days they brought it all up to our room. We will definitely stay in a Margaritaville hotel/resort in the future. Staff was amazing and completely accommodating to our needs.

I enjoyed the room. I wanted to checkout Florida for a day the pool looked fun but did not have time to enjoy it as I am also a student studying online. The bartenders at the bar were amazing! The staff at the front desk were great too. I felt very welcome upon entering the front door with offers of help with luggage. I will definitely return to Margaritaville Beach Hotel when I visit Florida. Hopefully when I’m not busy with school. This place was amazing.

I rarely write reviews unless something is unusually above or below expectations. Unfortunately, this experience was below expectations. The hotel and rooms are physically nice, as you would expect for this price range. The level of service is a whole other matter. I recommend you level set your expectations at a Holiday Inn level or lower. Albeit, you will receive LOTS of emails just before your stay asking you to let them know what you might need. I was told “no” so many times, it was funny. For starters, there is no real restaurant. The menu is extremely limited for each meal and if you

Dining was good...we ate breakfast there and it was really delicious. Mimosa was very good as well! Gulf Room had a wonderful view however I think they can do some updating in the rooms. Bathroom and room size was spacious however bed was too firm and too tall for me. The beds only had fitted sheet and then the duvet on top. No comforter inside the duvet but I guess thats what they do. No top sheet. Pricey per night and really think they should upgrade a few things in the room including adding a microwave.

Margaritaville was such a great hotel! My husband and I stayed in September 2021. We had friendly service, comfy king bed, a private balcony over looking the beach, large stand-up shower, garage parking, and yummy drinks. The only negative is that the hotel had some paint chipping, sticky/dirty floors, and 2 light bulbs out in the room. Not a deal breaker when everything else was great, but we hope they get this addressed soon. We would highly recommend this hotel to future guests!
