No frills kind of place, but it was very clean and conveniently located by the Pallafox market. They have a free happy hour in the lobby but it's not a bar. It's canned beer and wine, I think. Morning time they offer free grab and go items like granola bars, muffins, bottled water. I'd visit again.

The location is awesome. I can only speak on the dual double bed room so here goes... the room is basic. Two beds with spring mattress, you do have a microwave e, mini fridge and coffee maker, a stand in shower and a hair dryer...along with the usual toiletries. I picked this place, solely due to its location. It was just a few minutes from our Christmas Party. Overall, it is not a bad place if you are not looking for much....however...you can get a more up to date room at place just over the 3 mile bridge in Gulf Breeze. LYFT to Seville Quarter for a few dollars more.
Like I said, not a bad place

This place is good the only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because I forget how older hotels have small showers and bathrooms in general. The bed was soft yet firm , No complaints. The front desk was nice and the staff was really nice. It's a old school place but not nasty at all.

Stayed here under short notice. For the price wasn't horrible. Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our bed was horrible but it could have been just that one mattress. In the same situation I would stay here again

What a gem in the middle of downtown Pensacola! Room was very clean and well appointed. The front desk staff was friendly and answered every question I had about restaurants, beaches, and fun things to do with a smile on their face. Location is great with easy walking access to dozens of local restaurants. The coffee in the lobby in the mornings was exceptionally good which I wasn't expecting. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Great little motel!

Nice staff, loved the happy hour idea but we didn't participate. The water is literally scalding hot, be careful. This building is really old! Needs more work for what they charge!! Good location.

The only reason the hotel gets 3 stars is because of the staff!
I came to town for a special event and was recommended this hotel. Upon arrival I was provided paperwork to sign while being given a diclaimer/ hotel rules speech.
When entering the room, it was not clean properly there was debris on the floor, the tv was the size of a laptop computer, and the toilet in the bathroom looked like it was taken from an airplane. The shower is small a 6 foot person will not fit. My family and I puchased our cleaning  supplies to clean the rooms ourselves. We did not notify the staff. We felt better about

I read in another review that the water pressure isn’t good. Let me tell ya, it’s dang good in 211! I’ve never in my 43 years taken a shower with that much water pressure.
Anyway, we were coming into town for our son’s graduation and couldn’t find a room anywhere unless we wanted to pay $600+ per night. Happened upon this place, booked it immediately. When we got here we were very pleasantly surprised. It’s a cute little room with all the essentials. It’s clean, AC works great, comfy bed, great location.
I highly recommend amd would stay here again.

Run down and not impressive. The room was clean. Tiny tv size of a computer screen and the bathroom is outdated and ridiculous my husband won't fit in that tiny stand up shower.

We have stayed here for vacation every year. You cannot beat the price, happy hour,& breakfast. The only complaint I have is that it was so hot in the lobby. I did ask why the 2 AC units were not working and they said they were waiting for parts. I hope they replace them before our next vacation. We love being able to walk downtown to eat and drink without the worry of parking or uburing.

The location was great. We stayed n room 116and had to be moved because our mattress had a giant divot in it . The guy at the desk said it happen d because they put the box springs on wrong. Anyway we were moved but we noticed the room was made up the next day and the mattress had not been changed. So beware of room 116.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel. Check in is quick and easy. Polite staff. Great location. They have your standard continental breakfast in the morning and offer coffee all day! One perk I love is their happy hour. From 5-7pm daily they offer beer and wine FREE! Always a nice touch.

There are a few things this hotel could do to just up their ante a little. Here are some of my suggestions; invest in bigger TV's for your rooms. No one is use to watching tv on these 19 inch TVs they have. Also, the rooms seriously need more outlet options. With all our devices and kids devices we are fighting

My wife and I booked two nights. We were given room 205. The front desk , Ryan, was a very cordial throughout this ordeal.
When we entered the elevator, the lights were very dim, the smell was terrible, and the ride was concerning due to a bumpy ride.
When we opened the door, the room had a musty smell, and was, or felt dirty.
After about 10 minutes, we killed 4 spiders, and were but by something which left bit marks.
The bathroom was small and the shower was about 3' by 3'.
I explained this to the front desk and suggested fumigation.
Overall, the best thing about the motel was the

Lots of character in this remodeled "70s feel" motel. Cute, okay bed but the bathroom needs remodeling - shower is almost not functional. Shower head is too low for most adults to use comfortably and water pressure is awful. Because this is a motel and all of the doors are outside for the rooms, it's kind of loud. Great location - so many things within walking distance!!

This place is perfect for what it's trying to be. It's clean, the rooms are nice and the staff is outstandingly kind. I ended up getting a headache pretty late at night and the front desk just gave me a few Advil, totally free.

Yes, it might not be 5 stars, but for the price and considering the great location, this place just can't be beat. I would totally stay here again.

Went because I just needed to get away and re enter myself.Historical section of Pensacola.Lovely and great impression.staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful throwout my stay. When I opened my room door was extremely satisfied with cleansing and how the room was set up furnishing and bathrooms. A place where you just want to throw yourself on the bed and exhale as if you were in your second home. One thing that stood out was they had braille on the shampoos and soaps for the vision impaired. Magnificent waterfall where there was once a pool area. Great place to Zen. Truly I have found my

A friend of mine had stayed here a few years ago and it looked nice and clean so we thought we would give it a try. First, it looked ok but once you start to look closer, things aren't as they seem. To start, there was a fridge hidden behind closed cabinet and it gave off some serious heat! Not sure how safe that is. Then the shower floor looked dirty and wished I had bought my flip flops. The worst was the bed. There was literally a hole when I went to lay down. It was so deep, that it was hard not to keep rolling into it. Then the comforter was ultra thin! I've never seen a comforter

I almost didn't stay here because of all the negative reviews. I have to say, I've stayed in a lot of places and have had a lot of bad experiences and this place re-wrote my definition of good when it comes to motels.

I loved everything about this place. It was stylish, had great water pressure in the shower, comfortable bed, clean sheets, great spread for continental breakfast, a free happy hour and the FRIENDLIEST STAFF I have ever encountered at any Inn.

The price per night was great, they accept all major credit cards (including AMEX) and the location cannot be beaten. If you

Where to start... ehh. This place is crap. Besides the close location to Palafox street there is nothing... I mean NOT ONE THING that would make you stay here.

1) The building and, therefore, plumbing are old. Every time I took a shower the water would fill up above my ankles due to clogged drains. My friend was staying here also and he said the same thing!

2) Although the staff is somewhat "friendly" they do not honor your complaints. For example, my remote was broken the first night I showed up. I called and told them. A week and a half later it still wasn't fixed after reminding

I would like to give this hotel 3.5 stars. The problem is this hotel excels on many areas, but it just misses the mark on cleanliness, which is a huge deal.

The good:

Sole has clearly been renovated with a cool, modern theme. The furniture reminded me of the movie Ocean's 13. The bathroom sink and toilet area were also renovated.

The customer service was outstanding! Both front desk attendants that I interacted with at different times were welcoming, kind, and patient.

There was free breakfast offered in the small lobby area that included juice, bagels, pastries, and fruit. The food
