Sorry I didn't take any pictures during our stay at the Pensacola Grand Hotel. This ornate and historic hotel was the highlight of our trip. The place is immaculate and a pleasure in so many ways. Staff is courteous and goes out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. The restaurant serves very good food at a surprisingly reasonable price. The rooms are spacious and always clean. One pleasant surprise was the fast and smooth elevators that you hardly felt moving. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Pensacola !

Our daughter was married in downtown Pensacola early March and we had a lot of family and friends come in from out of state. We decided to stay there as well for 2 nights. It was absolutely the perfect place to stay for our occasion. With the bar and restaurant, it allowed us to hang out with our family and friends in between wedding stuff. Everyone loved staying here! The staff is very pleasant as well.

The hotel’s historical and the staff is friendly and helpful! The hotel rooms could use some updating but they are clean. We’ve stayed at this hotel several times while visiting to watch the ice flyers and have never been disappointed. They also have a great bar and great bartenders! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

This was an unexpected stay due to a flight delay. The lobby was beautiful. My room was clean, cozy and comfortable. It had a nice view of the city as well. It's downtown and sits next to the Pensacola Civic Center. What would make me return here however was the fantastic hospitality I was shown by the night staff. They were so very friendly and caring. They went the above and beyond you just hardly ever see anymore. The 2 wonderful ladies who were desk staff and security showed such caring by looking over my map of places open to eat dinner, being it was almost midnight, and their dining room was

I stopped in here at least three times while staying at the Crown Plaza. The number one thing that struck me was just how friendly the bartender was. He really made you feel like you were in your neighborhood bar. By the second night he already remembered what I was drinking. This has to be difficult considering he gets a new crop of faces almost every night.
The drinks are good, and the atmosphere has an old school bar feel to it. It is not noisy, so it is easy to have a conversation while you are in there. This is definitely a step above your average hotel bar.

If you're looking for a quiet spot with friendly bartenders and a great selection of alcohol, this is it. I was here on vacation visiting friends and I was recommended to this place by one who comes here regularly. On this particular night, there was a wedding party in the bar, but you could tell that this place is typically pretty easy-going otherwise. I had a group of seven and we were able to find a seat as soon as we walked in later in the evening. I have no complaints...!

One of my favorite bars in the 850 area. The bar is clean, restrooms are clean too! Lol. They don't have much selection on draft but the bartenders are friendly and know how to make drinks. Decent amount of selection of liquor. I've become a regular because of the atmosphere, it's rarely crowded- so u can conversations w/ur friends. A huge plus for me. If u like the crowded scene, try hitting it up during bay center/civic center events. It has tables, lounge area, and the bar. And the price is reasonable. Food there is better than average bar food but nothing to be famous for. If

A nice, big, cozy, inviting bar. A bit dark, as hotel bars should be. There are wingback chairs in which to relax, couches, and a good-sized bar. I've never been here when the bartender wasn't friendly.
The menu isn't extensive, but it is compelling. I've never had anything to eat here, but I've sat there tormented by sight and smell as other people ate stuff at the bar. I promise to return and sample the offerings, but I usually forget about it as I head towards my normal haunts. I need to remedy that shortly.

I think this place is fantastic... or maybe I'm just used to staying at hotels without a full bar/cafe downstairs. If your a local I could see this not being your first stop but being from out of town and especially if your staying at the Crown Plaza this is a nice cozy lounge and best of all you don't have to leave your building if you get hammered!!!
They have a small but decent selection on tap including local Pensacola Bay Brewery Beer.
Good size bar area, Bar seats and tables and a pretty comfy couch in front of a 50" Big Screen so theres plenty of seating and its easy to relax
