Jane did my ombre brows and eyeliner. I was nervous about my eyeliner and Jane made it such a easy experience and the pain level was nearly nothing. This company should be flagged for misvaluing the services they offer. I purchased one Groupon for (2) hydradermabrasions with oxygen rejuvenation. On the companies website, it states that a hydradermabrasion is $150 for a one hour service and an oxygen rejuvenation is $150 for a one hour service. This corresponds to the "value" on the Groupon as the stated $600 ($150 + $150 times two = $600). When I called to schedule, the owner (Jane) stated, "It is a special for Groupon...we combine the services and it is only one hour total and you get both." Any sane person knows this is a bait and switch

I had the most lovely experience with Jane yesterday for a microblading appointment. As soon as I arrived I was welcomed with a big smile to set any of my nerves at ease. She was simply amazing from beginning to end. She was so caring and patient and made it her top priority to be sure I was happy with my results. To which I am completely 100% extactic with!!! Lipo laser is a total scam! I had a Groupon for 3 treatments for $189. I was measured before & after the treatments & there was no change. I researched the laser that they're using & apparently it can be used to treat chronic pain but it shouldn't be marketed for weight loss. Don't waste your money here!!!

Probably the most offensive, rude and poor customer service I have ever experienced. I admit I had to miss my second appt. due to my phone being dropped but to not honor my Groupon which I paid for in advance???? Really? Wow. Last week I had my first treatment which was 40 minutes. The Groupon ad says 60 minute treatment. They tell me it includes 10 minutes on a excercise machine and 10 minutes consult. A consult is not a treatment as far as I know.
Anyway, I have read over the original Groupon and it says nothing about not honoring your voucher if you miss an appt.

I've been a client of Jane Bulner, the owner of Refine Body & Skin Care, for several years and there is NO one I trust more. Her prices are a little higher but she is absolutely worth it, and her location in Mission Valley is really convenient. (And if you've never tried sugaring vs. regular waxing, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Honestly, it still hurts, but it does a lot less damage to your skin in the process.)
