I have used Illusions for my hair care for over ten years now and intend to continue. Why? Great service, quality cuts and perms, pleasant atmosphere, their approach to business: hiring beauticians and providing benefits, no tipping allowed, chemically safe environment, green approach to disposing of waste products. Friendly, helpful folks and quality products available for sale.

Illusions Hair Design is a great salon! The stylists are talented and experienced, the staff are always friendly and polite, and the salon is welcoming and always neat and clean (even before Covid!). They are diligent about following strict Covid protocols. I have been getting my hair cut here for a couple of years, and my stylist, Rita, is very good. I love my haircut and highly recommend Illusions!

I have been going to Illusions for about 20 years. During that time my hair has been done almost exclusively by Rita. She is very consistent. I have been very satisfied since my hair is difficult to cut. I know this because I had some very poor haircuts before I found Illusions.

I have been going to Illusions for probably more than 15 years. They always to an excellent job and are always willing to offer suggestions when asked. Its a busy salon, but they do their best to make an appointment for you , even on short notice . I really enjoy going there.

Illusions is such an amazing salon. I get a really great haircut from Rita, that doesn't look different every time I go in (I've had this issue in other salons where the same haircut was inconsistent every visit) and I feel totally confident that I am going to leave with a good haircut. The salon is so clean and well-run, and I feel cared for there. Illusions gives back to the community as well, which I appreciate. I love that it is a non-tipping salon, which makes it easier to plan costs and they pay their staff a generous wage with benefits so they don't have to rely on tips. Unlike so many salons

I've been going to Illusions for over 25 years. They're just the best! Lovely people, talented stylists, great product selection and a well-run business. I called last week for a long-delayed appointment. Heather got me in that day and after half an hour with Monica, I left feeling human again. I would recommend Illusions to anyone!

Illusions' hair stylists regularly learn new techniques, keep careful records of the way my hair is styled so a different stylist could take care of me. My stylist, Monica, is superb. I leave with a wash and wear hairdo that suits me, always looks good even after swimming, getting rained on, or wearing a hat all day. I love their policy of no tips. I know their stylists are earning a good wage, have health care, and sick leave. In a time of Covid, the salon is safe. I appreciate their care for my safety and the safety of their employees. I recommend Illusions highly.

Illusions is a top notch, full service salon! I have been going there to get my hair cut and colored for years and I have never been disappointed. They are the nicest people from the management, to the front desk, to the hairdressers and they are always up on the latest styles and color. I would recommend them to anyone every day of the week and twice on Sundays - they are that good! They also cut my kids' hair and do great with younger kid and adolescent styles. We have missed our hair appointments during the the COVID pandemic and we can't wait to get back in there and start looking our best
