Having grown up in a construction family, he began working and learning hands-on at an early age. He began his career working in the field covering all aspects of construction, eventually leading and supervising crews that remodeled high-end residential and commercial projects.
The following fee schedule is based upon the scope of work as provided for and required by the Texas Real Estate Commission's Standards of Practice for a property inspection. All fees are based upon square footage of the structure(s), age, type of foundation, and amenities. The fees listed above include detached (outbuildings) units that have a foundation, walls Roof etc. regardless of the presence of utilities; water, gas, electric etc.
