It was a pleasure working with Rodger, he is very detail oriented and gave good new home owner tips as he went through the inspection with me showing me things he would report on. Very responsive when you have questions or concern and no question is to small regardless of what it is. I would recommend him to friends and family and if I bought another home would definitely want him to be my home inspector.

I highly recommend A&T Home Inspection. Roger was responsive to my phone calls, his fee was reasonable, he was able to scheduled an inspection within days, he was on-time, and he did a thorough inspection which discovered foundation issues. Even though I did not purchase the property, I will definitely call Roger the next time I need a home inspection!

I was referred to Roger by another home inspection company. Roger came in a performed a home inspection and showed me the problem areas based on the inspection. Being a first time homebuyer, I didn't know the cost of repairs for most of the items and he was willing to give me some guidance on what the repairs probably would look like and which ones were indeterminant with the current information.
Roger drafted his report within 24 hours and included pictures with focus boxes on the issues. One constructive criticism is that it might be useful to have a short outline of the house with the foundation

We used A&T Home Inspections to inspect the newly built condo we moved into, and were very pleased with their service. Roger Kitzmiller did the inspection, and found items that we would never have noticed until it was too late. They were responsive and kept us informed. Roger was amazing in completing my inspection before I finalized my purchase of my new home. I was unable to be there when he came for inspection, but he was very thorough in his inspection notes and answered all questions I had over the phone. Even had to come back 2 additional times due to previous owner not cleaning out an area he needed to inspect, and I was not charged any additional fee. Very honest, and would use again if needed.

Roger did an amazing job. Very professional, informative and detailed inspection. Received my report back same day within a couple of hours. We experienced an issue entering the home initially, but Roger waited patiently for over 30 minutes until the builder / contractor resolved the issue and granted access to the home.
