The only person that is professional and nice is the doctor. The Middle eastern assistant that did my cleaning harassed me telling me that I didn't pay when I did pay. He’s the only one that has been working there for years and longer than anyone else. He made fun of my teeth and judged it and was very unprofessional.He made me feel so uncomfortable that I never want to go there again. I think he has so much hate for women that he needs to make women feel like they are worth less. He shouldn’t be working in a practice if he is going to be discriminating women.

My visit to this dental clinic was a horrible experience and my 1hour appointment was handled very unprofessionally. I was just waiting for 20 minutes with no one at the reception desk to attend to the patients. When finally the receptionist(Anfil) appeared, he handed me the new patient information forms which was 3 pages long with numerous questions on each page. I could have filled this form if someone would have handed it to me as I came in. It took 5-10 minutes to fill the forms. 30minutes of my appointment time was totally wasted with no apologies. Go read the 6 PAGES OF NEGATIVE YELP REVIEWS on this office. It is absolutely appalling how they operate and treat people in their office. They lie to your face about confirming your dental coverage. Overcharge you for services rendered. Diagnose you with cavities, root canals, crowns and other things when you don't have any of those problems. They offer groupons and then don't honor them. Qianna and the entire staff at Unlimited Smiles were incredible. I am new to the practice and everyone was professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I just got the best teeth cleaning I’ve ever had with Qianna and received very helpful info from her to up my dental hygiene at home. Great experience.

Worst experience of my lifetime. Got 2 crowns done here, 4.5 years ago. The fit of my crowns have been readjusted by another dentist because they were too high and wasn't matching my bite. One of my crowns just fell off suddenly. Over the past several years I have taken better care of my teeth so there is no reason why my crown should have fallen off. I will be reporting this company to BBB and filing a claim. 4.5 years later, they are still in business, WOW! How the hell is this company still in business??????

My regular dentist wasn't an option after a change to my insurance, and I drove out of my way for this Unlimited Smiles location because it was one of the few covered options with decent reviews. My experience from an appointment in late April 2018 DOES NOT reflect those decent reviews.

I want to acknowledge the time, patience and professionalism with which I was treated today by Angela at the Front Desk and Michelle, one of the Practice Managers. I have a very complicated situation with one of my molars and even more complicated insurance coverage. I called them at least 4 times and they were helpful and friendly and SUPER informative every time. I never felt rushed or condescended and they answered all my questions thoroughly. They will try to bully you into expensive treatments which may not be necessary and / or covered by your insurance. During one hour I had to listen to an hygienist and a dentist repeating how bad it was and I was given a $7,000 treatment plan with 60% not even covered by the insurance (I just came for teeth cleaning, no pain...). They also forgot to check the insurance prior to the appointment and it was 10 days too early for the tooth cleaning to be covered. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the office manager is actually nice, she worked with me on the tooth cleaning not covered.
