Chad performed the most comprehensive inspection you could want. He looked everywhere, took pictures, and video, and walked me through the property showing me things that were both good and bad. The written report came in less than 24 hours and was unbelievable. Every inch of the house was essentially documented with photos and rated green for good, yellow for needs work, and red for big problem. Not only do I now know what I’m buying, but I have a plan for things to work on and in what order. He even inspected the roof with a drone. Top it all off, Chad and his staff were polite, well mannered

Elite Home Inspection Services helped us with the inspections for our new house. My husband and I were closing in the house and we wanted to make sure the house was in proper conditions for us. Chad was very professional, knowledgeable and through with his work. We were able to be present when the inspections took place so that helped us to ask a lot questions or express concerns. He was very eager to offer information and assist in any possible way. Once the reports were given to us, every little thing was listed, with pictures and videos! It also had an estimated cost report! Amazing!

Chad runs a great business. When I first called him he was on a job but still took my call and made sure to get back to me when he finished up. He was able to get me scheduled for the same week and take care of everything we needed.
We are buying our first house and Chad definitely made us feel more at ease, he made sure we knew what we were getting ourselves into and what he recommended we take care of.
All in all we will be calling Chad for our next inspection.

My husband and I are so impressed with Chad at Elite Home Inspections. When I spoke to Chad on the phone to ask him questions, I was very impressed with his customer service. I was going to use another very popular home inspection service in the area, but I didn't want anybody that was going to rush through the inspection. This is our second home purchase. I am really very satisfied. Mr. Chad the inspector was really honest and more detailed person. I would recommend to everyone. It was very easy to make Appointment also. He is very professional. During inspection my husband was also there and he really appreciated his work very professional. I wish this company to become a No 1 in Orlando maybe nation wide. Quality was really amazing in terms of documentation with detailed pictures. I am glad that we chose “Elite”!!!!
