I am trained and certified by the ABC Home Inspection Institute. Services
I am a licensed and insured home inspector in the state of Arkansas. As a licensed home inspector, I attend face-to-face continuing education classes every year. I am also an InterNACHI certified inspector. The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors requires even more intensive continuing education and competency testing.
This is the most common inspection performed by Harris Home Inspections. In a buyer inspection, I perform a visual, non-invasive examination of the property. I provide the client with a digital copy of the report with my findings (good and bad). I am available to answer any questions and provide information throughout the home inspection service process.

We worked with Tony from long distance and were unable to attend the inspection. He was excellent at communicating with us via email and phone. Took a lot of time to discuss his report/findings with us. He was not only thorough, but very knowledgeable. We now know exactly what we need to do first in addressing maintenance items. Tony Responded quickly and answered all our questions even before hiring him. The report was easy to read and had photos and details. As a realtor, and as a buyer, we would use Tony again and recommend him!
