I had bad experiences with other dentists and had anxieties in the past. Spanaway Dental Wellness had the amazing crew members that made me so comfortable. They showed me around their facility, and I felt so welcomed. Dr. Mai and my dental hygienist Alex listened to me patiently. Excellent service! There is a menu of free amenities that you choose from before the visit, new patients get a tour around the office, everyone is so nice and accommodating, and they all do the most to make sure that you are comfortable. They delve further into treatment plans than any other dentist I have gone to and they work personally to assure that your problems are not only treated but also that they are prevented from happening in the future.

Spanaway Dental Wellness is not just a dental visit, it’s an EXPERIENCE! The team CATERS to its patients and DELICATELY. I was able to enjoy a complimentary eucalyptus infused bib, blanket, sunglasses, hot towels, and much more to make this visit the most enjoyable dental visit I’ve ever had.
