During the snow craziness we had a sledding accident. This clinic was more than happy to put us on the schedule and take care of the issue at hand. The staff is wonderful the Dr and the dental assistant Itzayana took the best care of us. We are thankful for all the staff here. They handled our emergency with swiftness and kindness. They always can get me in when it's convenient to me. Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistants to the financial helpers are nice and friendly. The dentists themselves are friendly, thorough and patient with all my questions. They will draw me pictures so I can visually understand what is and needs to be done. Best part for me personally, in addition to what I just said, is the office is 2 miles on back roads from my house. I finally won the lottery for finding a great dentist near me. Now to do the same with a primary care physician!!

The only thing I can say is AMAZING! The entire staff is extremely professional and very friendly and attentive. The excellent experience starts at the front desk and only gets better as you progress through your appointment. Dr.kim and Dr.O. Are amazing! Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and skilled but they are amazingly easy to talk to and very patient in explaining the process and the procedures. I went for an appointment yesterday for a complete exam. Had an Amazing experience the dental assistant was very professional and friendly as well as the dentist. They rescheduled me the following day for a cleaning which was amazing to be seen for a cleaning so soon. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. The front office staff seems to be very welcoming which is comforting. The dental assistant I had today was absolutely wonderful and the hygienist that cleaned my teeth was so gentle and thorough. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anybody looking for long-term dental care

The dentist here are absolutely amazing! BUT there are to many miscommunications with the office staff that became numerous phone calls and money even though they did write some off to the office and a lot of frustration. We had to leave due to the amount of times dealing with issues that became not worth going here. Again the dentists and hygentist are absolutely the best but a dentist is only as good as the capabilities and communication of his staff.

What a gem!! Wherever you live, this place is worth the commute! Don’t have insurance, they have solutions! A very beautiful and clean facility. It was really cool to see all the latest and greatest technology in the industry being used there to! Dr. Lee was very thorough in explaining every part of the root canal process, made you feel so comfortable, took his time with you, nothing felt rushed! It was so easy to trust him and his team right away. After this I don’t think I could go anywhere else because they took such good care of me! Highly recommend, don’t hesitate!

Dr Lee and his staff are very friendly and welcoming. Like so many others, I have anxiety/fear of going to the dentist but this office was very welcoming and I had no issues. I went in knowing that I would likely need a root canal as well as wanting a consult regarding orthodontics/fixing my gummy smile. My initial consult was rolled into a cleaning (since they had an opening at the same time, why not) and it was extremely fast! One of the things I hate most about cleanings is the instruments scraping against my teeth as they clean but the hygienists did a good job minimizing that. Dr Lee greeted

I got a cleaning and a root canal done at this clinic. During my cleaning I notice the staff was not very sanitary w changing gloves.
I got my root canal done there which everything went fine. I was told that I needed another root canal ASAP. They called and called and left messages on when to schedule my second root canal.I got a second opinion and I DO NO NEED A ROOT-CANAL.
Seems like they are out to make $$$ w unneeded procedures. BE CAREFUL

I went in for a check up earlier this week to try and see if I was qualified for getting braces. The staff were all very very friendly and walked me through the process in a very smooth way. I drove all the way from Seattle since there were no other highly rated clinics that were open on Saturday, so I decided to drive over an hour and a half over here. Would not recommend. Toa was late getting back to me about verifying insurance eligibility, in the meantime my cavity got worse. I finally got an answer and she said it was good to go. Had to schedule two appointments, and between the two my tooth with a cavity cracked. And replaced 20+ year old crowns. Come to find out my insurance lapsed, and had to pay all out of pocket.
Then tell tell me my 5 year old needed a root canal. They should have caught that on one of his other visits way before that got that bad.

My first time visiting was probably some time in 2015 when they first opened. On my first visit, every thing seemed great.. the office is super clean, nicely decorated. The girl at the front is super nice. I needed x-rays since I was a new patient. The girl who was taking my x-rays was freaking out because her child got sick at school, but they couldn't let her leave since they seemed to be short staffed? Not too sure, but this poor worried mother thought that if she quickly just jammed everything into my mouth that it will make her leave faster. I was kind of pissed about that. Dr

Embarrassed to say that I hadn't been to any dentist for almost 15 years. I was expecting lots of lectures. Didn't happen.
From Rose and Marina at Reception, to Mikala who took X-rays, to Trisha the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, to Towa who explained the treatment plan...everyone was professional...and friendly...as though they were happy to see me!
Oh, and Dr. Lee! Couldn't ask for a more understanding medical/dental professional! He answers every question as though he's never heard it

*Honesty! I drove from Renton because i know that Dr Lee is honest. Ive heard and have personally experienced that some dental practices recommend unnecessary procedures and overcharge- to make more money at the patients' expense. At this setting, i had an honest assessment with recommendations explained to me, and the front desk was ready with a printed estimate as i was leaving. No pressure, just education, which i prefer.
