Great service from this company. They came out to remove a tree in my front yard and not only did they cut down the tree, they cleaned up the yard and debris better than I expected. They also inspected, and trimmed other trees on the property where necessary. I would recommend them to anyone, and will call on their services again.

These guys were 10 minutes early and knocked out about 10 trees before noon. They cleaned everything up, leveled a couple stumps that were already there and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. I am absolutely amazed with their skills and efficiency. I am on my 2nd cup of coffee and they just went to their 2nd job of the day. A+++++. Thank you!!

Horrible!!
Eric Muller does not keep his word. I was told for 2 days they were coming out to my house to remove branches off my roof and they never showed up TWICE!! And didn't call to let me know they weren't coming.. this is a rental property. My tenants were waiting around for this joker.. and then i had to track them down and then it was one lame excuse after another- I could have used another company to do the work, but he assured me via text message and verbally that his company would get the job done… I definitely learned my lesson.no more second chances.

North Star was great. They had very competitive pricing and performed excellent work. They removed 5 trees, 3 very large ones in the backyard. Everything was removed and cleaned just like discussed. Bill was great to work with. I was very impressed with his work ethic. What he said would happen did. Kyle and Matt the crew leaders were great to work with while the job was going on. Thanks again Bill I will refer you guys to anyone.

Do not use Northstar Tree Service. Spoke with Will, agreed on price and that my yard could not be damaged. Will agreed they would lay down plywood on lawn if they needed to drive bobcat on it and that the crew would not have to drop trees on my yard as there is plenty of room to drop straight back.
Dropped large pine across my driveway and into my front lawn. To make it worse they crew decided to drive bobcat across my lawn without the plywood. Never could get a call back from Will. When I left a VM that I had him on a recording and I was filing a claim on insurance, he called me back. Will just

Very impressed with the work by North Star Tree Service. We had a very large project to complete (18 large trees to cut), and the crew was able to cut all 18 trees in one day. Brian, the sales arborist, was extremely responsive from the beginning of the project through completion. He went out of his way to come by the house to estimate the cost and was up front about scheduling and pricing. He was in frequent contact with the owner, Wil, regarding coordinating scheduling and managing details of our large job. Brian consistently maintained contact with me until he knew that we were completely satisfied

Great job! The team got my very tall dead pine tree down and cleaned up in less than one hour - it was like a choreographed operation. The lumber company picked up the logs in 2 days - also quite fast. The only issue was scheduling - it can take a while to get on the schedule. But, the price is really reasonable and it was worth the wait.
