I just wanted to leave some kudos to Levi Stofer and his team at Atlanta Area Tree Service, who did a fantastic job in pruning the large oaks on my property. They also cleaned up my fence lines and moved a small spruce to a new location. I really appreciated how Levi was honest in his assessment of my trees, recommending I bring in a certified arborist when he saw some signs of concern.
After we got the report, Levi followed up again to make sure he knew what I wanted and then provided a very reasonable estimate. On the day of the job, he was on site with his team and spent several hours up in the trees himself. And they completed all of that work in just one day. When I got home from work it was done and the yard was spotless--no debris!

We use only quality equipment and experienced crews to provide tree maintenance with care, and have an isa arborist on staff.
During the time of year when the tree has leaves, look up at the canopy and see if there are any bare limbs or tips of limbs without leaves. If a tree is losing leaves during the spring or summer seasons or has a lot of limbs without leaves, that is a telltale sign the tree is dying. Walk around the trunk and look for any black, rotten spots and fungus.

Levi came out and trimmed large tree limbs and removed several trees on both properties. Hes always been honest about price and is legit. He has the cutest pug that is his wing man. He doesn't leave anything there when he's done and cleans up well. I can count him to do any job.

Absolutely thrilled with being able to work with a Kirkwood (and related areas) neighbor. Levi and his wife came over to do a large clearing of my overgrown home. We initially agreed upon a price and then I had to increase the job. I thought their estimate of my increased requests was what I would expect from a neighbor, as they live within Kirkwood. It was another good experience from a local and family owned business. Y’all need to use them if necessary.

I contacted Levi to trim some trees growing close to my house and he was at my house the next day the next day to walk me through his recommendations and give me an estimate. He and his team came out within a week to trim everything, and his communication and pricing were great. They were quick, answered all my questions, and did a great job - will definitely use again!
