Patients who do not keep their teeth clean may require more frequent visits to the dentist for a professional cleaning. I had the same experience as Sara P. Hershey messed up my old retainer from my previous doctor. The new Vivera retainers she made for me caused me to have teeth and jaw problems (that I have never had before). She blamed my problems on teeth grinding and stress when I have never grinded my teeth. So I purchased $600 retainers that I can't wear because this office made them wrong. The retainers this office made caused my bite to be off. Stay away if you do not want future teeth problems.

My experience with Dr. Hershey and team was great, even though I had to hear not so exciting news. She gave it to me in such a professional manner. I wish that I had her as my original Orthodontist. The precautions that were made because of Covid-19 made me feel comfortable and did not inconvenience me at all.

I took my daughter to Dr Hershey office and they are great we were meet at the door and everyone had mask on but we could feel the smile through the mask. They were on top of my paper work and insurance benefits and provided us with so much information on treatment. We can’t wait to go back to get our treatment done.

Hershey Orthodontics has been a wonderful experience for our family. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and friendly. We would drive anywhere to receive the outstanding care we have been given, but have really enjoyed the convenience of the Hillsborough office. When I had a permanent retainer break, I went to Dr. Hershey's office to get a new one since she was highly recommended. The orthodontist assistant wanted to put in a full temporary plastic retainer,but I just wanted the permanent retainer to be replaced. She put the permanent retainer in, and used a wire that was too thick, fixed one side of the wire to the tooth and pulled it before fixing it behind the other tooth. In doing that, she ended up permanently angling one tooth behind the other, and the pressure gave me a massive headache until it was removed. Now my teeth are messed up. I had

Dr. Heymann and the entire team are incredibly hospitable. I was referred by another orthodontist from out of the area and I am SO fortunate for being sent their way! Everyone, really, EVERYONE, was so kind and caring. I was blown away by their customer service. Operations were clearly running efficiently and it showed.

We had our first orthodontist treatments years ago with Barbara, myself and young children. The dual locations were convenient since we were going to one area for schools yet we lived closer to the other location.
My sons teeth came out beautifully as did mine.
The staff is always professional and kind. Both locations are kept spotless. I never once questioned my decision in choosing her skills and services. She always maintains state of the art equipment.
Years later ... Sadly I did not follow instructions and failed to keep up with my retainer. I'm currently wearing the Invisalign system
