Services
After graduating from the UCSF School of Dentistry in 1996, Dr. Mol was invited to join the faculty as an adjunct assistant clinical professor. Dr. Mol spent the next three years practicing as a general dentist, teaching, and doing clinical research on dental implants. Dr. Mol moved to North Carolina in 1999 to complete the Orthodontic Specialty Program at UNC Chapel Hill.
Our state of the art facility is conveniently located in the midst of Sutton Station shops and eateries. Before, during, and after appointments, patients and accompanying parents can shop, bank, or dine. For treatment appointments we provide reading, play, and drink stations to help the visits be enjoyable for both patients and family.

The following document provides general information about the requirements for filing insurance for orthodontic benefits. Please read if you have orthodontic insurance coverage. Zero interest payment plans are available. We also offer a bookkeeping courtesy discount to those who opt to make full payment at the start of treatment.
Orthodontic treatment corrects improperly aligned teeth and guides the growth of developing jaws. In most instances, the best age to begin treatment is in the early adolescent years when growth is rapid. However, certain orthodontic concerns, specifically underbites and crossbites, are best addressed at a younger age (7-9 years).

I am 60 years old and some might say that I am probably too old to care how straight my teeth are, but not Dr. Mol and her staff. They cared for me every step of the way. When Covid hit, they made special accommodations to see me and that meant the world to me. I want you to know that they are the best. You should definitely bring your kids here but you should come too. They are really that good, take it from me I have had a lot of life experiences and met many groups of people. This practice really is the best. You won’t regret it, you will writing the next review!

When our children were in elementary school, our dentist recommended that we visit an orthodontist. Over the next few months, we consulted with three orthodontists. After visiting with Dr. Mol and her staff, we knew she had the whole package! Dr. Mol and her team are warm and welcoming and our girls feel at ease with all of them. Dr. Mol and her amazing staff have taken such good care of me over the past ten years since I started treatment. My situation was not straightforward: I had two sets of braces and was referred for orthognathic surgery, which I received six months ago.
