We understand that arriving at a doctor's office for the first time can be nerve racking. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience. Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem.
Most people are under the assumption that if they don't feel any pain that there is nothing wrong with them - that they are healthy. Unfortunately, pain is a very poor indicator of health. We were going to try out this chiropractor in Marshall yesterday, but the unmasked woman behind the desk was freakin' hateful from the start - never greeted us, didn't even look at us until I just stood there for a while. Then she just glared at me, so I told her we are new. She grumpily asked for our insurance cards and driver's licenses.
In the meantime, my husband noticed her not wearing a mask and asked if the chiropractors wore masks. She haughtily replied that it's not necessary. Then, when I said I don't know if we want to be seen by people who aren't wearing masks, she gleefully handed

Nice staff, all seem to very friendly. I was a new patient, my old Doctor retired. I have been getting adjustments for over 20 years. I have never been to a doctor, that will take x rays and look at them. Then they want to set another appointment for a less then 5 minute adjustment, to do it. So now you pay for 2 office visits, for your first adjustment. Of course they charge your insurance also.
Found a different doctor set the appointment, got X-rays and adjustment same visit.like normal. During this pandemic, you would think they wouldn’t want the extra traffic.

I cannot say enough great things about both doctors at MCLC and their staff! I could barely walk or move from being in so much pain when I entered their office. I chose to try them before going to the hospital to see if anything could be done. They got me right in. They knew I was in trouble and did everything they could to help me. I'm not going to lie. I had concerns if I was doing the right thing about going to them because I was still in so much pain. I did everything they told me to do. It took me about 2 solid weeks of treatment and guess what...I feel great! I think that if I went to the
