We just had Alpha Tree Service remove 4 very large trees close to our house in north Raleigh. We could not be more satisfied with the exceptional service of Alpha Tree Services. The entire crew was professional, courteous and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. They were careful and attentive towards keeping our other plants and trees from damage from the tree removal process. It was obvious that they work as a team with a priority given to safety. I had a lot of trees cut and the guys at Alpha Tree Services were fantastic: reasonably priced, took their time to avoid damaging anything, used a crane to remove trees that were riskier, and cleaned up after the job was done. They listened to every concern and question I had, so the customer service was excellent. Also, unlike many tree cutters, they are fully insured: liability and workers comp. I’d definitely hire them again!

If anyone is in need of tree removal or tree trimming, I HIGHLY recommend Alpha Tree Service. I recently used their service and Mr. Jesus was incredibly professional and his team did an amazing job! His prices were also very reasonable. They did such a thorough job cleaning up afterwards as well.

Jesus Diaz and his crew were AMAZING. What a great group of guys. And funny too. We had some massive trees taken out. Two days including stump grinding and clean up (each day). No crane either!!! I don't recommend people often, but these guys are a call!

These guys are absolutley amazing!!!! They quoted me a reasonable price to take down two very large, very dead trees in my small lawn. If they had fallen they would have certainly hit our home! Alpha Tree Services showed up on time, were extremely polite and professional and had the trees down in no time. They left my lawn spotless when they left. I highly recommend them.

I have hired Alpha tree services for two jobs. They were great on the first job. Timely and reasonably priced. Did a very good job. On my second project I was able to get an estimate quickly and scheduled work for the following week. Then they never showed up. Would not answer my phone calls or texts. This was a time sensitive job and left me in a challenging position.

Jesus and his crew were very professional and thorough in their work at my home. I had two old pine trees that were close to my home, power lines and numerous plants and shrubs. They took great care of my property and did an amazing job! All my neighbors were eager to get his business card to do business with him as well. I would highly recommend Jesus and his crew to anyone.
