I went into this location earlier today to have some stuff appraised, and even though my items weren't worth much, I really appreciated the gentleman at the desk thoroughly explaining to me why. I didn't feel he was being dishonest or just trying to turn me away, like I have at other "Buy Gold" places. Ed was very engaging and offered great customer service. Pickerington is a bit of a drive for me, but I will gladly return to this location if I ever need another appraisal or want to buy some jewelry.

Stay away from buckeye gold and silver. They offered me 80% of spot price for my silver. I went to Grove City Coin and Currency and they gave me OVER spot price. Walked out with 1500 cash. Buckeye Gold’s offer was under 1200. I made over 300 dollars more just going somewhere else. Wish i had the option of zero stars.

I just want to say that I could not have had a better experience!! Ed was so helpful, very knowledgeable, and made the whole experience a lot of fun. He took the time to look over and test the items I brought in, and explained anything I had questions on. THANK YOU!!!! I would recommend this store to anyone. They do all the checking and weighing right in from of you, nothing leaves your sight and there is no pressure. Can't say enough good things about this business.

I went in today to ask the proprietor of Buckeye Gold Coins & Jewelry about how I could tell fake silver from real silver coins...especially old silver dollars. I met Ed and he took the time to explain to me several ways I could tell the difference not only with the coins themselves but how to spot fake sites on line. He spent the time to answer all of my questions and give me confidence that I can now tell the difference. Ed is very professional and I will take all of my business to his shop in the future. Buckeye Gold is by far the best Bullion/Coin/Jewelry shop in Ohio. I collect coins as well as bullion and always go to Buckeye Gold before any other. Ed is usually there when I go and is extremely helpful. Unlike employees at some other coin shops, Ed is always willing to talk with me and even give me advice about the coins. Ed remembers what I'm looking for and stays on the lookout for what I'm interested in. I always have a great experience while I'm in the shop and I recommend that anyone stop in and look at what they have to offer.
